for Blantyre City South Lunzu are challenging the Parliamentary results that were declared by the Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC).</p><p>MEC declared Veronica Pempho Ndalama of the Democratic the court to dismiss since the application was made before MEC decision on the matter.</p><p>Chipembere went further to claim that witnesses in the case are basing their arguments based on hearsays and not facts.</p><p>Judge Muhome has since adjourned the case to next week.</p><p>Independent Candidate Alex Achalume Chimwala and former Minister Rashid Gaffer are the complainant in the case and
