23.
There is a misconception about manifestation, people are very seduced by the idea that they can ask for what they want and it will happen. We are always looking for a quick fix. Not truly understanding that the universe is matching our own vibrations.

  24.

  25.
If you are filled with resentment for example or insecurity this is where your energy field is! It will not be enough to just affirm and ask for love and assume you will get it, while your energy and vibrational field are filled with resentment and insecurity. Manifestation means having to learn how to heal and transform your inner being.

  26.

  27.
Manifestation isn't just about attracting what you want; it's fundamentally about becoming what you aspire to be. The essence of manifestation lies in the principle that you don't just manifest what you want; you manifest what you are. Here's a concise guide to making manifestation work for you, emphasizing actionable steps and the profound role of your personal transformation in the process.

  28.

  29.
Embrace the journey of becoming the version of yourself that aligns with your deepest aspirations. In doing so, you'll find that manifestation becomes not just a tool for attracting what you want but a transformative process that reshapes your entire being and reality.

  30.

  31.
Some Key Insights on Manifestation

  32.

  33.
You Manifest what you are

  34.

  35.
Your external reality is a reflection of your inner state. To manifest your desires, you must first embody the qualities and energy of what you wish to attract. This means aligning your thoughts, feelings, and actions with the essence of your goals.

  36.

  37.
The Power of Intention and Alignment

  38.
Manifestation thrives on clarity and emotional alignment. Knowing precisely what you want and why, coupled with the right emotional energy, sets the foundation for your desires to materialize.

  39.

  40.
Actionable Steps for Effective Manifestation

  41.
1. Define Your Desire: Start with a clear and specific intention. Know what you want and why it's important to you.

  42.

  43.
2. Embody What You Seek: Cultivate the qualities and energy that resonate with your desire. If you seek joy, practice being joyful. For abundance, appreciate what you have and the abundance around you.

  44.

  45.
3. Visualize and Affirm: Regularly visualize your goal as already achieved, and use affirmations that reinforce your capability and worthiness to receive it.

  46.

  47.
4. Grateful Living: Embrace gratitude for what you have and for what's coming. Gratitude shifts your focus from lack to abundance, attracting more of what you appreciate into your life.

  48.

  49.
5. Take Inspired Action: Manifestation requires action. Be open to guidance and take steps towards your goal, trusting that the universe will support you.

  50.

  51.
6. Release and Trust: Let go of attachment to outcomes and timelines. Trust that what you desire will come to you in the right form and time.

  52.
The Essence of Transformation

  53.
Understanding that you manifest what you are highlights the importance of personal growth in the manifestation process. As you evolve internally, your external world will transform to reflect this new state of being. This principle encourages a holistic approach to manifestation, one that encompasses self-improvement, mindfulness, and a deep connection with your desires.Manifestation is the new sexy word in the market! But to know how to actually do it you need to dedicate yourself to the deep and real work of transformation.Hit me up and book your call if you are ready to start the real manifestation, not the sexy manifestation!

  56.

  57.
As a psychotherapist, I've had the privilege of delving into the complexities of human emotions and behaviours. Through countless sessions with clients, I've come to understand that the pursuit of happiness is a universal quest, but its attainment is often elusive.

  58.

  59.
One fundamental lesson I've learned is that happiness isn't a fixed destination but rather a journey. It's not about achieving a state of perpetual bliss but rather finding contentment and meaning amidst life's challenges.

  60.

  61.
One key to finding happiness is self-awareness. By understanding our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, we can identify what truly brings us joy and fulfilment. This self-awareness allows us to make intentional choices that align with our values and goals.

  62.

  63.
Acceptance of oneself is another cornerstone of cultivating happiness. It's about making peace with our imperfections, understanding that we are a work in progress, and embracing our humanity in all its facets.

  64.

  65.
In a world that often promotes unrealistic standards and fosters comparison, self-acceptance becomes a radical act of self-love. Self-appreciation isn't about vanity or ego. It's about recognizing our inherent worth, celebrating our strengths, and accepting our flaws with compassion. When we learn to acknowledge and embrace our unique qualities, we pave the way for genuine contentment.

  66.

  67.
Another essential component is fostering meaningful connections with others. Human beings are inherently social creatures, and nurturing relationships built on trust, empathy, and support can significantly enhance our well-being.

  68.

  69.
Moreover, cultivating gratitude and practising mindfulness can shift our focus from what we lack to what we already have. By appreciating the present moment and expressing gratitude for the blessings in our lives, we can cultivate a deeper sense of happiness and contentment. But how do we practice the art of choosing happiness amidst life's challenges?

  70.

  71.
It begins with a shift in mindset—a conscious decision to focus on the positive, to find gratitude in the smallest of blessings, and to approach each day with an open heart. It's about letting go of the past, releasing worries about the future, and embracing the present moment with all its beauty and impermanence.

  72.

  73.
I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of self-awareness, self-appreciation, meaningful connections, gratitude, and mindfulness in fostering happiness. While the path to happiness may be different for each individual, these principles serve as guiding lights in the pursuit of a fulfilling and meaningful life.

  74.

  75.
It is easier said than done. These steps can be challenging. That’s when I with my 30 years of experience helping people come into play! It is important to practice the pursuit of happiness. A dedicated pursuit will take you there one little step at a time.

  79.
Picture this: You're walking down the street, head held high, radiating confidence with every step. You feel comfortable in your skin, worthy of love and respect, and ready to take on the world. This, my friend, is the magic of self-esteem.

  80.

  81.
Self-esteem is like the fuel that powers your inner engine. It's the foundation upon which your confidence, resilience, and sense of self-worth are built. Yet, for many of us, cultivating healthy self-esteem can feel like trying to catch a butterfly with our bare hands—elusive and out of reach.

  82.

  83.
But fear not, for the journey to boosting your self-esteem is not only possible but also immensely rewarding. So, grab your magnifying glass, and let's explore the terrain of self-discovery together.

  84.

  85.
Firstly, let go of comparisons. In the age of social media, it's easy to fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to others' highlight reels. Remember, you are unique, with your own strengths, quirks, and talents. Embrace your individuality, and celebrate what makes you, well, you!

  86.

  87.
Practice self-care like your life depends on it—because it does (nurture all seven gates of your life). Treat yourself with the same kindness and compassion you would offer a cherished friend. Nourish your body with wholesome foods, move joyfully, and carve out time for activities that ignite your passion and purpose.

  88.

  89.
Challenge your inner critic. We all have that harsh voice (Defensive Self) in our heads that loves to point out our flaws and shortcomings. But here's the thing: that voice lies. Replace negative self-talk with words of encouragement and affirmation (use your Expanded Self). You are worthy, capable, and deserving of all the good things life has to offer.

  90.

  91.
Set realistic goals and celebrate your victories, no matter how small. Every step forward, no matter how tiny, brings you closer to the life you envision for yourself. Acknowledge your progress, and give yourself a well-deserved pat on the back.

  92.

  93.
Surround yourself with positive influences. Seek out relationships that uplift and support you on your journey. Distance yourself from toxic people who drain your energy and diminish your self-worth.

  94.

  95.
And lastly, remember that self-esteem is not a destination but a lifelong journey. It requires patience, perseverance, and a whole lot of self-love. So, be gentle with yourself, embrace your imperfections, and watch as your self-esteem blossoms like a flower in full bloom.

  96.

  97.
You are worthy, just as you are. So go ahead, cultivate your inner power, and shine bright.

Insomnia, which means having trouble falling or staying asleep, affects millions worldwide. As a psychotherapist, I've learned that insomnia isn't just about not sleeping—it's a mix of different things that can make it hard to rest.

Anxiety is a big part of it. It's like having a mind that won't quiet down, making it hard to relax and sleep. Trauma can also play a role, with bad memories coming back at night and making sleep difficult. Sometimes, our thoughts about sleep can make things worse too, like worrying too much about not sleeping enough.

  124.

  125.
How We Think and Feel: Our thoughts and feelings can also mess with our sleep. If we're always thinking about how bad it is not to sleep, or if we're constantly worrying about what might happen if we don't sleep, it can become a cycle that's hard to break.

  129.
Insomnia isn't just about tossing and turning at night—it's a mix of thoughts, feelings, and outside stuff that can make sleep hard. As a psychotherapist, my goal is to help people understand what's causing their insomnia and find ways to make it easier to get the rest they need. It's about finding balance and making changes that can lead to better sleep and overall well-being.

  186.

  187.
Blissipline is a spiritual practice. It’s the path to creating, maintaining,

  188.
discovering, and living in the inner place of bliss that resides within

  189.
your Expanded Self. We all yearn to tap into the flow of natural joy, love,

  190.
and playfulness and learn to express it. If you can think of moments in

  191.
your childhood when you were a little bliss bubble, walking around,

  192.
giggling, crying, laughing, and playing - full of curiosity and awe - you

  193.
are clearly remembering the YOU that is still there.

  194.

  195.
Our life experiences often go partially unexamined, unresolved, and

  196.
unreleased. The easiest and most common way is to create a negative

  197.
assumption about our difficult experiences instead of acknowledging,

  198.
releasing, and integrating them to create a sense of strength. Imagine

  199.
your joy bubble, that true child-like self of yours, encrusted in layers

  200.
of self-made mud.

  201.

  202.
There’s no need to blame ourselves for our mud creation. There is

  203.
a need to realize that it is only mud and that we can begin to take

  204.
some of it off to spiritually, emotionally, and psychologically shower

  205.
ourselves. It helps to let go slowly and continuously of what we are

  206.
not (constricting thoughts, feelings, limiting beliefs, and stories) and

  207.
connect to our blissful self - the unconditional loving joy of the universe

  208.
residing within our hearts. Blissipline is unveiling more of who we truly

  209.
are, and inevitably it involves a level of love, acceptance, and intimacy

  210.
with ourselves.

  211.

  212.
Our Defensive Self resists this process and is threatened by it. It pulls

  213.
us away from our joy with busyness, drama, distractions, addictions,

  214.
and projections. This is understandable. Furthermore, we may not be

  215.
conscious that we’re acting out of our Defensive Self. The first step is

  216.
realizing our avoidance of ourselves, of our deeper feelings, and thus

  217.
our avoidance of experiencing the moment and life around us.

  218.

  219.
This is the first and the most continuous step since this avoidance of

  220.
truth and the moment can be very insidious, subtle, and deceptive.

  221.
One can master the spiritual intelligence to identify it and let it go,

  222.
moment-to-moment, allowing the truth to blossom.

In the story of Chanukah, a handful of Jewish warriors were able to defeat an enormous Greek/Roman army. Their victory stems from their passion, belief, and connection with the spiritual. In the story of Christmas, we’re celebrating the birth of a spiritual master whose message is love and oneness with the Father, which to me means oneness with the universal consciousness.

  360.
A few weeks ago I was moving through a challenging time when the war in Israel broke up. I felt worries and darkness engulfing me and I knew that this was a moment of choice.
  361.
  362. Where was I choosing to put my focus?
  363. Was I going to choose to dwell in fears or truth?
  364. I chose to dwell in truth and I need to renew and return to the truth over and over again.
  365.
  366. This is the power of choice. It is consistent, conscious and deliberate shifting of our mindset from darkness to light. We can choose to dwell in our dark, fearful and angry place or to dwell in the light of hope, faith, and the knowledge that we are one with the cosmic wisdom that brings about healing order and balance.
  367.
  368. The holiday of Hanukkah is about making that choice. The ritual of kindling the menorah symbolizes not only a historical victory but a timeless lesson. In a world that often teeters on the brink of chaos, our internal light becomes the guiding force steering us away from the abyss of destruction.
  369.
  370. The darkness may loom, but it is our shared responsibility to make that choice and kindle our inner light, to nurture and protect the flame within. Chanukah's radiant message is a call to embrace the inherent goodness within ourselves and others.
  371.
  372. The celebration transcends religious boundaries, emphasizing the universal truth that our collective light, when united, becomes an unstoppable force against the encroaching darkness. Choose to live in your light.

              The 12 Days of Christmas

On the first day of stress-mas, my therapist said to me: Take a deep breath and count to three. On the second day of stress-mas,...

  411.
Over the last month, within my nightly meditations, I have been immersed in reviewing my life from as young as 5 onwards. Why is that??

  412.

  413. Age calls for that, that’s true but there is more, the last 2 years of this journey have been trying, these have touched a need to see even more clearly the winding path of my life, a need for even a deeper recognition of my evolution.

  414.

  415. What am I seeing?

  416.

  417. I see important turning points, life-altering choices, heartbreaks, challenges, achievements, victories and creative endeavours, all leading to healing and spiritual maturity. It has been fascinating to witness the connections and the transformations.

  418.

  419. But one most important and striking element became very apparent to me while experiencing these life revisitings.

  420.

  421. At every juncture of my life, even as young as 10, I noticed that I was given some kind of help, guidance or protection.

  422.

  423. Here are some examples

  424.

  425. Two car accidents 1st when I was 12, & 2nd when I was 16 could have left me broken or paralysed and I was just bruised.

  426.

  427. A romantic heartbreak at a young age caused me to meet a partner who was one of my most loving and healing bonds.

  428.

  429. At the age of 20 somehow despite not showing any obvious acting talent I was chosen out of 1000s auditioning to be accepted into the academy for the performing arts and continued to have a successful career.

  430.

  431. Later in life, as I was moving through my emotional healing (it was painful and long), somehow the right spiritual teachers and therapists showed up in my life.

  432.

  433. In my work as an artist, within 30 years, inspiring creative ideas and visuals kept coming through and manifested in my work.

  434.

  435. The holistic method and program of "Gates Of Power" as a path of healing was shown to me in clear detail.

  436.

  437. The list goes on and on.

  438.

  439. I see a presence, a loving power, that is supporting me in all the challenges and the victories. That calls for tremendous gratitude. This coming Thanksgiving gratitude takes on a new meaning for me, a deeper more peaceful trust and a sense of connection to the creative force I am part of and one with.

  440.

  441. Take a look at your own life where do you see that help, guidance or protection was provided to you in life?

  442.

  443. Do you think your life events are coincidental?

  444.
OR

  445.
Can you see the universe putting stepping stones to help you proceed?

  446.

  447. I wish us all a time of deep gratitude.

  450.
Here is an excerpt from one of my Keynotes in Washington D.C. at the Hyatt Regency in 2019. We need a state of mind of leadership in Life and at Work. Leadership is like a chair. If one leg is loose or defective the chair is not going to stand and is bound to collapse.
  451.
  452. Our Life is the same, if we are not grounded, balanced and sturdy internally we will not be able to be effective leaders. This imbalance would throw off our Peace of Mind, Focus, Productivity, Relationships, Work Ethic and Personal Confidence.

  458.

  459. Autumn always reminds me of the necessity of death for the sake of renewal. Have you noticed that just before the leaves die and drop to the ground, the trees are covered by striking colors of gold and red shimmering in the light? I call this the moment of their enlightenment.

  460.

  461.

  462.
It is as if the leaves know that they are dying and are bursting with the last drop of life, celebrating their life and their death, both at the same time. I imagine that they feel they will join the earth and live in another form. It seems like nature knows that “death” is necessary for renewal. What we see as death is just a transformation from one state of existence to another. Maybe this is why I feel autumn is a celebration of letting go, with all the glorious colors and incredible beauty.

  463.

  464.

  465.
We can all learn from nature to trust the little or big “deaths” in our lives, the shedding of the old. If we can let go, we can renew and heal. For me personally, letting go of my Art-Loft in Peekskill was a starting point for transforming the way I lead my daily life. I have let go of where I spend most of my time, and where I put my focus within daily life. I saw the necessity to let go of an overburdening work schedule and create more time for personal relaxation, meditation, spending time with family and leisure.

  466.

  467.

  468.
Letting go of old choices is not easy we get attached to our comfort zone even if it is not serving us any Longer. A continual practice of heart-felt introspection of our life choices is needed and with it the daily practice of releasing the past.

  469.

  470.

  471.
I love coaching and assisting people in moving through the past and beyond it. We look at and identify what is true and lasting within us and what is unnecessary, limiting, and false. Being who we truly are is our source of inner strength and success.

  472.

  473.

  474.
At this crucial moment of the conflict between Israel and Hamas the terrorist organisation, my prayer is that the traumatic difficult past can be released at a future point and a renewed vision and possibility will be born for the two nations(Israel and Palestine). To live side by side and mutually contribute to each other rather than seek to destroy.
  475.
  476.

  477.
REFLECTION

  478.
Take a minute to meditate on what is important for you to let go of so that you can renew yourself and your life.

  479.

  480.
For example:

  481.

  482.
Write down your 3 negative habits you are ready to shed.

  483.

  484.
Are you ready to let go of the toxic patterns within your relationships in your life that are not serving you?

  485.

  486.
Are you ready to clear the clutter in your closet/home?

  487.

  488.
I hope you will take this opportunity to take advantage of this special time.
