54. <p>Soto blasted two home runs on Saturday, both into the Yankee Stadium right field bleachers, in the Bombers&#8217; 6-1 win over the lowly Chicago White Sox.</p>
55. <p>It was the 18th multi-homer game of Soto&#8217;s career (he still hasn&#8217;t had three in a game, yet), as they traveled a combined 854 feet.</p>
56. <p>But, according to MLB stat guru Sarah Langs, it was the first time that Soto hit both of the homers at least 110 mph.</p>
57. <p>His first one, a solo shot in the first inning, left the bat at 112.5 mph, traveling 417 feet. So no, this was no short-porch shot, as it would have been a homer in all 30 MLB parks.</p>

Others may forgo enrolling at their preferred four-year school and instead decide to enroll in a community college with a more flexible enrollment timeline.

340. <p class="">At the time of her murder, Hnath was a widow who lived alone in her home along the 2600 block of 2nd Street in the Coplay section of North Whitehall Township, Pennsylvania, along the banks of the Lehigh River.</p>
341. <p class="">After she never appeared at a church she normally attended, family members went to her home the night of Jan. 21, 1989, and found her body. Her home had also been ransacked.</p>
342. <p class="">Investigators said Hnath died of multiple stab wounds and blunt force trauma. Her death was ruled a homicide.</p>
343. <p class="">Holihan said Hnath fought back during the attack.</p>
344. <p class="">“It’s clear from early on that she had defensive wounds which indicates that she put up a fight,” Holihan said.</p>
345. <p class="">At the time, a knife and pellet gun were found at the crime scene and across the street from the home. The items were preserved for decades as officials continued to investigate the murder.</p>
346. <h2 class="">DNA technology leads to break in the cold case</h2>
347. <p class="">Hnath’s death remained unsolved for years until technological advances led to a break in the case. Investigators used DNA evidence to identify Breisch as the suspect, officials said.</p>
348. <p class="">“Ultimately, the efforts taken to preserve the evidence were rewarded when investigative techniques unavailable in the 20th century helped lead us to the defendant, Michael Breisch, and allowed us to make this arrest in 2024,” a spokesperson for the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office wrote.</p>
349. <p class="">At the time of Hnath’s murder, Breisch was living in a community corrections facility in Allentown. Holihan said Breisch burglarized Hnath’s home the day of her murder. Hnath’s home was also burglarized prior to her death though Breisch has not been linked to that earlier burglary, according to Holihan.</p>
350. <p class="">After Breisch was identified as the murder suspect, he was arrested in Ohio where he had been living briefly after spending several years in Pennsylvania, officials said. Breisch was then extradited to Pennsylvania.</p>
351. <p class="">He is being held without bail at the Lehigh County Jail on charges of criminal homicide, burglary, robbery and other related offenses. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on May 21, 2024.</p>
352. <p class="">Pennsylvania State troopers Jared Christman and Zachary McCornac as well as Lehigh County Detectives Robert Egan and Joseph Vazquez were all involved in the investigation.</p>
353. <p class="">The Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office, the Lehigh County Homicide Task Force and law enforcement officials in Coshocton County, Ohio, also assisted in Breisch’s arrest and extradition, according to Holihan.</p>
354. <p class="">Holihan also said investigators spoke with Hnath’s family members about the arrest.</p>
355. <p class="">“They’re gratified and relieved that there’s been an arrest made,” he said.</p>
356. <p class="">Holihan said there’s no indication that Breisch knew Hnath at the time of the murder. Investigators also believe Breisch acted alone and they aren’t seeking anyone else in connection to Hnath’s death.</p>

436. <p>Alice Guo, the 35-year-old mayor of Bamban, has found herself in the middle of a potential scandal over her origins and allegiances. She claimed to have grown up on a pig farm and had raised no concerns prior to a strange discovery made in her town this month, the BBC reported. </p>
437. <p>Law enforcement discovered that an online casino by the name of Philippine Offshore Gambling Operator (Pogo) in Bamban actually served as a front for a &#8220;scam center,&#8221; which had close to 700 workers — including over 200 Chinese nationals — who were posing as &#8220;online lovers.&#8221;</p>

When <i>Romancing Mister Bridgerton</i> picks up, both Colin and Penelope are a decade older. Just like the book, the show has confirmed that her sisters Phillipa (<strong>Harriet Cains</strong>) and Prudence (<strong>Bessie Carter</strong>) are both married but still return home for frequent family meetings. One Featherington sister, however, is notably absent: Felicity. As mentioned in the book, Felicity is the youngest of the bunch and is supposed to be around the same age as Hyacinth Bridgerton. In fact, Benedict (<strong>Luke Thompson</strong>) point-blank says that he’s not ready to court a lady in the new episodes. Of course, by <i>Romancing Mister Bridgerton</i>, Benedict is already a successful artist and lives in the countryside with wife Sophie to raise their sons. None of that has come to pass in season 3.</p>

673. <p class="">But he’s welcome in Baltimore, and initially, he was set to have two horses in this Preakness: Muth and Imagination. Each would have easily qualified to run in the Derby if not for Baffert’s suspension.</p>
674. <p class="">But Muth’s scratch from the Preakness leaves Imagination as the sole Baffert entrant. He’s just 3-1 on the revised morning line and a major contender. In a race that looks light on pace, he may be able to shoot straight to the lead, try to slow the pace down and last until the finish line. It’s a favorite Baffert tactic. His last three Preakness winners — including National Treasure just last year — all won in gate-to-wire fashion.</p>

He’s the only living trainer to claim the Triple Crown (two of them, actually), he has won an all-time record 17 Triple Crown races, and he’s the most successful Preakness trainer ever, having taken this race eight times.
