Forse il problema consiste proprio lì.Forse se riuscissimo a cambiare le proprie abitudini, cercare di fare una vita più semplice possibile staremo meglio con se stessi. Per quanto riguarda il lato psicologico la cosa si fa molto più seria. Primo - siamo tutti diversi ed abbiamo fatto un &amp;nbsp;percorso diverso di vita ed educazione. Qualcuno ha subito qualcosa di grave nelle proprie esperienze vitali di adolescenza e questo fattore ha traviato lo stato psicologico di ciascuno in modo diverso e unico. Molta frutta e verdura fresca, ripeto fresca per il fatto che molte&lt;b&gt; vitamine&lt;/b&gt; si&lt;b&gt; ossidano&lt;/b&gt; in temperatura anche leggermente elevata. I&lt;b&gt; radicali liberi &lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp; sono la causa principale della formazione di tipo &lt;b&gt;cancerogeno&lt;/b&gt;. Si sposta su tutto il corpo : può danneggiare, il cuore ,il cervello ,i reni ,la vescica, provoca impotenza nel uomo, cambia lo stato delle unghie e capelli anche perdita di essi, la trachea, le gengive denti, cambia lo stato del sangue (se si fuma eccessivamente), stanchezza continua, ingiallimento e viso pallido, difficoltà di svegliarsi, anemia per via del &lt;b&gt;mono-ossido di carbonio&lt;/b&gt; che e velenosissimo. Se queste cose si sanno molte persone potranno rendersi conto di ciò che accade ogni volta quando si fa &quot;un tiro&quot; dalla &lt;b&gt;sigaretta.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
