40. As part of the Management
41. one of the challenging tasks is how to maintain sustainable growth. Most of the
42. organizations start somewhere small with few strong pillars (Founding Team). &nbsp;Due to strong founding team we see good
43. success and at the same time rapid growth. Once we taste success, yes, we want
44. to grow and this is where our challenges start. &nbsp;Founding Team are not computers or robots to
45. scale or to upgrade to latest version and make them efficiently handle more
46. work. They are all humans and have limits to handle, but these limits shouldn't
47. hamper growth. To sustain growth, Management should adopt new techniques. They
48. have to implement “<b>Business Processes</b>”
49. and hand over control down the ladder with appropriate checks and balances.
50. This way the organization can scale to any level yet sustain growth.&nbsp; Having, business process in place, our
51. organization has graduated and moved from people oriented to process Oriented. &nbsp;Are we OK now?&nbsp;
52. Oh! &nbsp; No, here comes more challenges
53. and bunch of unanswered question like, how efficient our sub-ordinates are, how
54. committed are they to the organization, can we count on them forever, how to
55. retain them, are they satisfied overall and so on… Irrespective of the best you
56. provide to the team, it’s inevitable to part with. Here comes the next stage of
57. maturity, automation of the business process where in the dependency on
58. resources is reduced, so let us computerize and automate the process. Of course
59. there is cost involved but worth investing for, on a long run. &nbsp;Once we automated the processes, can we run
60. the show with less experience people? Well no, automation doesn't mean to
61. replace wise heads. Automation means allowing us to assign menial &amp; laborious
62. work to less experience people and let our expert’s most valuable time be stay
63. focus on core business and contributes more towards the growth. Does automation
64. ends the plights of the management? Again No, to sustain growth management has
65. more challenges, in this world of dynamic business environment, management
66. should continuously analyse the business, identify the trends and rapidly evolve
67. and retrofit their business model to retain their growth and margins.&nbsp; To analyse business we need to have volume of
68. data at our disposal which can be analysed from various angles, at macro level
69. and if required should be sliced and diced for micro level analysis. &nbsp;&nbsp;IT honchos
70. often introduces new software technologies like ERP, Business Intelligence, Data
71. Mining, Big Data, Data Scientist bla... bla... bla… these all will definitely
72. help towards sustainable growth of Multi National Companies who can afford,
73. since it cost them not even a fraction of their turnover. But, what about the
74. Small, Mid and Emerging (SME ) organizations, there are tons of them who would
75. like to step forward to automate their business process and &nbsp;leverage business analysis, but scared due to the
76. cost of ownership. Which may eat up majority of their margin? However, if you shop
77. around you will definitely find a computer application which balances out
78. automation of process and also has tools to leverage your business analysis. &nbsp;Just like SME Organization in HVAC, there are tons
79. of SME Organization in IT sector who are involved in developing out of box
80. innovative application which satisfies most of our business requirements. &nbsp;&nbsp;Judiciously join hand with companies which
81. have an application ready for your business and build a strategic partner
82. relationship with them and mutually benefit towards sustainable growth. In my
83. next article lets us talk about how Material Management plays a vital role in
84. sustainable growth, until then good bye.</div>

If you would like to create a banner that links to this page (i.e. this validation result), do the following:

1. Download the "valid Atom 1.0" banner.

2. Upload the image to your own server. (This step is important. Please do not link directly to the image on this server.)

3. Add this HTML to your page (change the image src attribute if necessary):

If you would like to create a text link instead, here is the URL you can use:
