48.
I love living in North Scottsdale. It’s a great place for families but also there’s so much to do. As a REALTOR here in the area its often my job to point out why its such a fantastic place to live. Luckily I can speak from the heart, and here are some of the reasons I love Scottsdale.

 49.
The Weather

 50.
I grew up in Israel in a fantastic Mediterranean climate. When I moved to New York City age 18 I was freezing! My first summer I couldn’t even believe there were gray days, I’d only seen the sun in the summer before.

 51.
When I moved to Scottsdale I instantly fell back in love with the sun. It just seems to make people so much more, happy, relaxed and smiley. Nine months of the year its perfect for golf, hiking, patio dining and more.

 52.
The Scenery

 53.
North Scottsdale is breathtaking. From the majestic Pinnacle Peak rising into the blue sky to the imposing and ancient Saguaro cactus. So picturesque and calming to the soul.

 54.
The Architecture

 55.
Working in North Scottsdale luxury real estate I see many beautiful homes in many different styles from Tuscan to Santa Fe. But you don’t have to be able to afford luxury real estate to enjoy it. You can visit resorts such as the Hyatt Regency, shopping facilities like the beautiful Kierland Commons or simply check out the beautifully designed Arabian Library at McDowell Mountain Ranch.

 56.
The Food

 57.
We have some yummy restaurants here and some amazing chefs. Some personal favorites are, Patsy Grimaldi’s at DC Ranch for a family pizza, True Food Kitchen at Scottsdale Quarter for healthy restaurant fare, Cafe Bink in Carefree for elevated comfort food and classic American food at Houston’s on Scottsdale Road.

 58.
The People

 59.
My favorite thing about North Scottsdale is the eclectic crowd I meet. Just spend five minutes in any Starbucks here and you’ll meet someone with an interesting story of how they ended up here. We have some amazing people from artists, to sportsman and even rockstars.

 60.
If you haven’t been to Scottsdale before even on vacation I really suggest you check it out. But be careful you might fall in love one day just like I did and you’ll be searching for your dream home in sunny North Scottsdale.

 92.
There are literally many reasons why people take up bodybuilding. Many people use bodybuilding for building up there muscles, some people use bodybuilding for fitness, it really depends on the individual.

 93.
The great thing about bodybuilding is that you are training all the major muscle groups in the body and this really helps to keep your whole body fit and not just certain parts of it. Of course, when you are training, you are burning calories and lots of them. So this immediately starts the fat burning process. Balance this with a healthy diet and you’re well on your way to having that body you’ve always dreamed of.

 94.
Using bodybuilding for fitness is more than just going to the gym a couple of times a week. It should really be a lifestyle choice and affect all the things you do in your life. This doesn’t mean that you have to think about bodybuilding 24/7 but just that you should really think about what you are eating and drinking at all times. As this will greatly affect your results in your fitness.

 95.
So try to have a well balanced diet of carbs, proteins and fats. Add to these essential vitamins and make sure you are staying hydrated by drinking at least 1-2 litres of water each day. 30 minutes of exercise each day, whether it is weight training or simply aerobic exercise is recommended too.

 96.
Your diet will really depend on what you want to achieve, how fit you are and how much you weigh at present etc. A fitness instructor who will guide you through what you should and shouldn’t be consuming should really look this at. If you want to really bulk up and build your muscles, then you will increase your carb intake. If on the other hand, toning is what you want, then decrease your carbs and increase your protein.

 97.
If you’re using bodybuilding for fitness then you should see results fairly quickly as long as you balance your diet and exercise as recommended by your instructor or by the bodybuilding routine you have set yourself. So start today and don’t put it off any longer!

 133.
I would like to reveal to you my 7 video marketing tips that will allow you to make videos your viewers will absolutely love to watch. Following this article you should have a clear understanding and the basic foundation on how to make professional videos that enlighten, inspire, entertain, and educate.

 134.
But to start with, let’s discuss how powerful video marketing is and why you would use it…

 135.
Currently people use YouTube as a search engine |about as much as Google which, by the way, Google purchased YouTube in 2006. So who cares? If your a marketer then you care a lot. If Google is going to buy anything for 1.6 Billion that’s because a ton of people are visiting that site and there is money to be made there. So what that means to you is TRAFFIC, TRAFFIC and more TRAFFIC…

 136.
This is my belief. The reason why video is so popular is because people prefer video over written content. This is why more than 60% of internet users watch videos more than they anything else while there on their computer.

 137.
Videos are so much more personal than written content. It’s more captivating and intimate. When you put yourself out there for others to watch people will identify and relate to you on a more personal level. Also, you’ll be branding yourself as an expert in whatever niche you’ll be speaking about.

 138.
So videos will achieve three desired goals} 1) they will produce more traffic 2) this traffic will get to know you on a more personal level and the chances of repeat traffic increases 3) Your branding yourself as an expert.

 139.
So with that said, let’s get to the nitty gritty of how to make great videos……

 140.
1) Camera – You need to own a camera that is going to take HD video in addition to being portable. My suggestion is to avoid a web cam if possible. The problem with a web cam is obvious. Your stuck at your computer. If you own a laptop, then you have to hull that around if you ever want to leave your house. They have two portable HD camera’s that are on the market that come highly recommended. Either a Kodak ZI8 or The FLIP work great They cost between 100-150.00 They are HD, they are very portable so you literally can take them anywhere you go. I own the Kodak ZI8. It’s cheaper of the two and can be bought online for 100.00. The video is better quality and what makes it even sweeter is it has an external microphone which brings me to my second tip.

 141.
2) Sound – It doesn’t matter how great your content is or how great the image quality is if the sound quality is poor. People will stop watching it if the sound quality is poor. This has been researched and is a fact. Studies have shown all across the board that people rate video based mainly on the sound quality of the video. So buy yourself a Audio-Technica ATR-35S Lavalier microphone. It sells on Amazon.com for 35.00 with free shipping. The external microphone is especially important when your outside as all background noise is completely eliminated.

 142.
3) Content – Have your titles match the content of your video. There have been a number of times I have clicked on a particular video because of the title only to find out it was some marketing scam, hype, or some kid joking around. To build credibility, help out your followers, move traffic to your website and make money, keep your titles relevant to your content. Speaking of content, this brings me to my fourth tip.

 143.
4) Keywords – Always keep in mind the market you are targeting. Then by doing keyword research you can find keywords that your market is specifically searching and base your content around those keywords. You want to produce videos your followers find interesting and helpful. When I say followers I mean those who already know you. But what about those millions of people searching for those specific keywords. Wouldn’t it be spectacular if they were to stumble across your video based on the keywords you used. So in other words, keyword research will help you get ranked not only in YouTube but in Google as well.

 144.
5) Have a Script or Outline-Write out some key points that you want to focus on for your video so this way you’ll stay on track. This is how I personally do it. People have problems they need solved. I write these questions down. Then I answer that particular questions and those answers become the points I focus on for my videos.

 145.
6) Keep it short and sweet. 3-5 minute videos are the ideal. I see a lot of people who make videos much longer than that, but many people have ADHD. In other words, a person’s attention span is only a few minutes so keep it short and too the point.

 146.
7) Call-To-Action – Don’t assume that just because your video was so unbelievably inspiring and helpful (which they will be) that a person will go off and click a link after there done watching it. Always let them know what they need to do after they watch the video such as visit your website, blog, or capture page.

 147.
So just to summarize – buy either The FLIP or The Kodak ZI8, buy a microphone, make sure your content and title are relevant to one another, do keyword research and based your content on those specific keywords, use an outline or script, keep the length of your videos between 3-5 minutes long, and always have a call to action…

 148.
If you stick to these 7 tips you will be well on your way to producing stellar videos and becoming a video marketing superstar.

 193.
With the help of the internet companies managed to increase their audience by trading on a global scale using a website, online marketing, social media and blogs to create online brand awareness.

 194.
In recent years this has been taken one step further after the introduction of YouTube in 2005, which saw millions of people and companies using this video blog channel to promote themselves.

 195.
Companies turned to promotional videos as an effort to increase their brand visibility using a different avenue. With video production costs being affordable with the right budget, video can not only promote businesses but increase sales turnover, by reaching a larger audience that wouldn’t normally read blogs or visit the company website.

 196.
There are steps that need to be taken to create a good promotional video that will stand out and draw the followers that you want. As a company, you don’t want to waste your efforts promotion to the wrong audience, you want your target audience to watch the video, want the product or services and buy the items.

 197.
The first step to any promotional video is to determine the video production costs and set up a budget for the entire production. With most companies setting a marketing budget each month, the production may take more than one month, depending on the size of budget available.

 198.
Once the video production costs have been determined, the video will need to be planned. Planning a video isn’t only a vision on how the video should look once uploaded and visible to viewers, it should include the cast, the venue and the storyline.

 199.
Of course when doing a promotional video, the storyline will be a promotion on the company, what is offered, products and services and contact information. Many companies choose animation to add some fun to the production, while others stay with people to make their statement.

 200.
Equipment plays an important role in the production and your overall budget. Purchasing camera equipment can increase the overall video production costs dramatically. Many companies choose to hire a camera technician, someone to film the entire video for them.

 201.
The filming process can be a tedious one. In many cases each segment of video is filmed a number of times until it is perfect. With many takes, filming can take a week or more before editing is done.

 202.
Editing should be carried out by a video professional, a person that is able to stitch the video together to create a spectacular and professional promotional video that can be uploaded to the internet and increase brand visibility and improve sales.

 203.
Editing does take time and should be included in the video production costs. An editor will work their way through the many stages of the video, pour through the takes and then put them together to create a seamless video your company can be proud of.

 204.
Once your company is ready to upload the video, marketing needs to be taken into consideration. You want to draw people to your video, you want to increase awareness, improve sales and generate more leads.

 205.
Social media, blogs and the company website are all ways to create awareness. The more people that visit the video, the more leads you generate. Using video production software, companies are able to track the number of visitors to their video. Often this software includes reports, enabling managers and directors to determine if the video production costs were well spent and whether their company will benefit from video blogs moving forward.

 206.
Online video is in demand, more people are watching video blogs than ever before, which means it’s essential for companies to include this in their online marketing campaigns.

 246.
Online shopping is now part of all our lives. If we need to buy something, we are just as likely to reach for the mouse as the car keys. But our attitudes to shopping online are mixed. Many of us know and trust only a handful of shopping websites, and the quality of sites thrown up in the search engine results is often disappointing. What is more, the process of shopping using search engines is uninspiring. It is a bit like a college research project, where you have to wade through pages of text results to find what you are looking for.

 247.
The Online Shopping Town aims to change all that for UK shoppers. Its aim is to marry together the best aspects of internet shopping with the experience you get walking around an attractive real world shopping town or outlet village. The site features shops that are laid out attractively in visual moving streets that you can wander around and explore.

 248.
So what does this give you that the search engines do not? Firstly, ideas, the chance to discover fantastic new shops that you might not have found otherwise. All the shops are handpicked by the editorial team, whose ethos is only to include shops they would recommend to their friends. And through the voting and comment system, you can get to see which places are most popular with other shoppers.

 249.
Secondly, a fun and informative shopping experience. The shops are visually presented, with images of the kinds of products they sell. And as you navigate along the streets you get to see junctions to related streets, so you have the chance to be inspired and find other things that you did not realize you needed until you saw them!

 250.
Thirdly, bargains. The database is regularly updated with current discount codes and voucher codes, which show up as part of the shop information as you walk around the streets.

 251.
The creation of the Town is a rolling project. The first quarter to be built featured popular online clothes shops ranging from exclusive fashion boutiques to bargain designer outlets and places to find comfortable casual clothes or practical outdoor wear. There is a home and garden section, featuring shops selling furniture, home accessories, and even online garden centers. And there is a food quarter, where you can find farm shops, wine merchants and delicatessens as well as online supermarkets and places where you can buy prepared meals delivered to your door.

 252.
The Town also caters for people planning holidays. The shops in the travel quarter are all online travel agents, or hotel sites, or other websites that are useful for people planning or booking holidays. There are sections for family holidays, luxury holidays, activity holidays and self catering. And within each section you will find streets of specialist sites, including things like safari holidays, boutique hotels, sailing holidays and much else besides.

 253.
Perhaps above all, the Town aims to be a first choice destination for people looking for gift ideas. There are so many online gifts ideas and shops available the trick is finding the good ones. The Online Shopping Town brings together streets of shops that are great for each category of gift gifts for children, gift for him, gifts for her, for whole family or any occasions and special events. Significantly, these are not only the shops that market themselves as gift shops. They include the niche shops and boutiques selling things which are genuinely useful, fun or attractive. The sort of gifts that will not end up just sitting around as unwanted clutter.

 254.
If you like the idea, drop in and take a look around! Online shopping needs to become easier and more enjoyable, and The Online Shopping Town might just be the answer…

 270.

Working from the comfort and safety of your home gives you many opportunities that your offline career will not be able to grant. Work from home opportunities include the very important factor about being able to prioritize for oneself – being able to decide how much work one wants to put – how many hours of time one wants to invest – and how much money one wants to earn, which is generally proportional to the time one invests in the work.If you’re working from home – you call the shots; you get to choose whether you want to spend that little extra time on yourself or your family – and get paid that little bit less – or the spend the time working and put that extra hundred dollars in your savings account. The idea of working at home is, as it sounds, extremely relaxing as one does not need to travel to and from one’s working place – or sit behind a desk for god knows how many uncomfortable hours to make enough to pay the bills. Also, if you like your job – but want to spend the rest of your time as profitable, work from home opportunities include that extra perk – you can work comfortably on your job – and still come back home and spend your time lucratively and go to bed with the satisfaction of having spent a day well.
271. Many people need that extra bit of income – without having to spend that much time on it; students, especially, are in dire need of a well paid, part-time job because education is very expensive these days – and time does not deal out hours as generously as it used to.There are many work from home opportunities available to you online – all one needs to do is to get a search engine running – and hundreds of offers will come rushing your way. One should be very careful as to what kind of work from home opportunities one finally chooses over the thousands of others. Work from home opportunities online include many basic skill-based jobs as well as jobs which only require you to spend some time on entering data. Outsourcing work is much cheaper than employing work offline – and this is why work from home opportunities number so greatly on the internet today. There are many kinds of opportunities available today – one might want to start one’s own business from home, one might even want to join online firms, one might want to write articles for websites – one might want to freelance and work on skill-specific projects. All these opportunities are included in that huge all-encompassing tag of working from home. One only needs to first decide that one wants the comfort of working from home – and then list down what skills one has – to be able to pick from dozens of opportunities online and begin earning. One must be sure to pick a job that one is capable of doing – one should not get stuck as a writer when one cannot write – or be employed for designing a website when one knows nothing about designing. One should identify one’s potential skill levels and then go into working so that one picks both jobs that one is able to do – and jobs that one will enjoy doing – because one shouldn’t get stuck in an online job one doesn’t enjoy – as much as an offline job – it’s the same old pit.

 308.

There is a very common misconception about photography. People think that photography is not a strong enough decoration medium. Historically, paintings, drawings, and relief decorations have been used to decorate our homes. If you think far enough into the past, people have been doing this for thousands of years. Think about the lavish, and beautiful palaces, cathedrals, churches, and other historic buildings, decorated with beautiful frescoes, paintings, reliefs, carved statues, etc. While photography is an excellent journalistic medium, many still feel that it is not as well suited to decorating our walls. There are many ways to introduce photography into your home decor, and couple it harmoniously with your existing paintings, sculptures, and drawings.Photography is a New MediumWe should all keep in mind that photography is a fairly new medium. While we, the people, have been sketching, drawing painting, and sculpting for thousands of years, photography dates back just over a century. It is very new, and perhaps more exotic than paintings, sculptures, and others more traditional mediums. Because there are so many different genres of photography, and different styles, there is, without a doubt one that will appeal to your senses. There are few rules to decorating with photography, but here are a few suggestions to keep in mind. These will help you get the most out of decorating adventures.Complementing your DécorConsider complementing your current pieces of décor with similarly themed photography. For example, if your paintings communicate open spaces, such as the sky, massive bodies, of water, or other distinct environments, try to match your photography to this theme. A photo depicting sail boats, or perhaps a dock would certainly complement paintings with bodies of water. This is but one example. Be creative and draw patterns in your mind. Possibilities are indeed endless.Remember, it is OK to mix your paintings and photography. But, consider keeping the two opposite each other, instead of sharing the same space. Keep logical organization on your walls, and our eyes will appreciate it. Remember, our brain likes patterns. Our eyes will expect to see certain patterns, and if they are seeing something which they cannot draw any patterns from, you will feel like something is lacking, or just does not fit. It may be a good idea to match your medium to a room. For example, consider decorating your living room with paintings, and sculpture, while decorating your home office, your bedrooms, and hallways with photography. Again, this is just a suggestion. Photography will fit equally well in any room of your house. The most important thing to keep in mind is to be creative. Don’t be afraid to experiment. Remember, photographs are hung from a single hook, and they are easy to move, and reposition. Just keep a bunch of dry wall filler around.

 335.

Reducing friction between surfaces that connect, automotive lubricants create an essential film that reduces wear. Constant contact between two moving surfaces can generate a huge amount of heat and causes abrasion that must be reduced for machinery to work properly. The job of lubricants is to keep engines running cool and running smoothly.New Blending TechnologyAutomotive lubricants are continually being analyzed and improved to find the most appropriate blends for specific tasks. Essentially, lubricants need to possess a high boiling point and low freezing point, as well as thermal and hydraulic stability. Also vital are a lubricant’s ability to release water, prevent corrosion of parts and resist oxidation. New blending technology is encouraging formulations to emerge that enhance machine lifetimes and reliability. The Viscosity IndexInformally, viscosity is the measure of ‘thickness’ of a liquid. Oil is thicker than water, and automotive lubricants are at their best when the film created by the lubricant provides a strong barrier to wear without losing fluid movement between parts. The most vital property of any lubricant is its viscosity. Gasoline engine oils for example, overcome the limits of other more general oils and are specifically designed to improve performance in passenger cars, minimizing sludge and preventing oxidation.Ignition PerformanceSpark ignition and compression ignition engines rely on automotive lubricants to function well. A careful balance of base oil and numerous additives blended together promise better ignition performance. Depending on the engine ignition requirements, these additives are a blend of a number of additive families. These include antioxidants, detergents, metal deactivators, friction modifiers, anti-foaming agents and other additives enhancing ignition performance.Reliable Automotive LubricantsThe challenge for lubricant manufacturers of this century is to understand an ever-increasing range of lubricant functions. Creating blends to match the most stringent requirements, the lubrication industry demands constant innovation. Companies with strong research and development units are the forerunners of new formulations of reliable automotive lubricants.Meeting Industry demandsThe automotive industry demands high value creation and cost-effectiveness. Formulating automotive lubricants using customer insights is becoming a crucial process. Manufacturers are provided with information critical to developing new formulations, and acknowledge the most important role in the value chain. Incorporating additives with really fine particles – Nano WS2 technology – ensures the industry demand for effective lubricants is being met with advanced research and development.Selecting LubricantsThe market for automotive lubricants is becoming more discerning. Access to an ever-expanding circle of knowledge and the ability to expose poorer quality products is driving the desire for perfection in lubricant production. There’s a focus on the role of antioxidants in reducing emissions, and extending the life of engines through extending lubricant life. New engine specifications are also influencing lubricant selection.

 391.

When you are starting to search through a pool of nannies to find the one who will take care of your children – whether it is for a few hours or full-time during the week – it is important that you complete a thorough screening process. While many potential employers will carefully run background checks of nannies, they may be tempted to skip or rush through another critical step before making the final hiring decision – checking references. If you are hiring your nanny through a nanny agency, there may be someone in place who can take care of checking references for you. Such a person will be experienced in catching fake references that nannies may sneak into their resumes or in reading between the lines of what references say versus what they really mean. However, nanny agencies can be expensive, and you may instead want to find your nanny through an online service that allows you to do a lot of the legwork on your own. In that case, it is important that you have the proper mindset and tools with which to check the references of the nannies you are considering. What You Can Learn from Checking ReferencesYou can learn a lot from checking references by listening not only to what the references do say but also reading between the lines about what they don’t say. Unlike other types of jobs, where someone serving as a reference is limited legally to what he or she can say about the person, those serving as references for nannies may be more forthcoming with information, both good and bad. When you make the initial call, trust your instinct and listen closely to everything the nanny reference says. Most likely when you are checking references, you will be speaking to a parent just like you who will be eager to tell you about the nanny on both a personal and professional level. Don’t be afraid to ask a lot of questions to cover not only the nanny’s demeanor and credentials but also details about the family for which she worked. In that way you can delve deeper into the nanny’s behavior in situations that most closely resemble those she may encounter with your own family. Pay attention as well to how the nanny reference behaves. The person may be rushed or distracted, and you should factor that into how you feel about the interview.Questions to Ask When Checking ReferencesHere is a short list of some of the more important questions that you should ask the references of the nannies you are thinking of hiring:
392. Was the nanny reliable and dependable? Can you give me an example of when she was/was not?

 393.
What was she like as a person? Was she warm, strict, upbeat, or energetic? Did she get along well with all of the members of your family?

 394.
What additional duties did she perform for your family? How well did she do these?

 395.
How well did she follow directions?

 396.
How comfortable did you feel about her ability to handle an emergency? Did she ever have to react quickly to a medical problem or other issue? How did that go?

 397.
Do you recommend that I hire this person to be a nanny for my children?
398. Before you begin checking references, you can also jot down notes about specific issues with which you may be concerned. For example, if your family has a pet, you can ask the reference how the nanny was around animals. If your family needs a nanny who can take your children to and from school, you can ask the nanny reference about the nanny’s driving abilities and find out how well she was able to keep to a schedule. If you are working with bricks-and-mortar nanny agencies, they should be able to give you other tips about what to ask about nannies. If you are working with online nanny services, you may even be able to access helpful worksheets with additional questions and ideas about what to ask or what to listen for when checking references.Red Flags when Checking ReferencesBeware of phony references. Nannies with little or no prior experience may list friends or family members as prior employers. While it can be hard to recognize a fake nanny reference at first, there are some red flags. Check to see if the salary listed for the prior employer matches up with the going rates for nannies with comparable experience and education in your area. If it is much too high, you could possibly be looking at a fake reference. In addition, when you are checking references, listen to how the nanny is described. There is a difference between an enthusiastic mother who loved the nanny and who ended the relationship only when her needs changed and a friend posing as a nanny reference who sounds like she is trying to sell the nanny as a perfect candidate.ConclusionWhen a family is searching for nannies, particularly if there are time constraints on the search – the mother is going back to work in a week, the nanny already in place just gave her notice, and so on – it may be tempting to skip the checking references step based on a “good feeling.” However, do not fall into this trap. Checking the references of nannies is one of the most important steps in the hiring process – it can give you insight into the nanny’s personality and work ethic that you would not otherwise be able to gain from an interview.Bottom line, make sure you set aside time to call everyone the nanny lists as a reference on her application. While nothing is foolproof, checking references will help to make you feel more comfortable about the person you are bringing into your home to keep your children happy, healthy, and safe.

 414.
Recommended Site: Uniform Shop NZ – The Uniform Centre

 415.
Present your clothes professionally

 416.
Items prone to creasing should be either ironed or steamed before wear. What is the first impression you want to give? Professional, right? If colleagues, customers or clients see a scrunched up blazer, it’ll give them the impression you just rolled out of bed.

 417.
Steamers are the more convenient option as you don’t need to take the item off the hanger to get rid of creases. Steamers are also more gentle on clothing!

 418.
Be prepared by making sure you’ve ironed or steamed your outfits before the work week ahead. No more looking for outfits to wear last minute.

 419.
If you live in a cooler climate, fabric shavers will be one of the best investments you’ll make. Run it over your knitwear and coats, and more, to get rid of bobbles. It makes an old knit look brand new – saving you the need to repurchase!

 420.
Wear colors suited to you

 421.
While you may have been wearing stunning styles or expensive items, you most likely have been wearing colors that wash you out, or actually make you look worse. Basically, every skin tone and hair color suits different colors.

 422.
With cooler undertones, bold colored clothing will make you look even paler. Whereas, clothing with blue undertones will flatter you, and make you look more lively.

 423.
However, if you are more warm-toned, you are lucky when it comes to the range of colors you suit. You can pull off bold primary colors as well as cool colors.

 424.
Take a look at which season you are within the four color families:

 425.
Spring:
426. -Warm skin tone
427. -Golden blonde or light-mid brown hair with highlights

 428.
Gravitate towards warm, bright colors (blue, brick red, salmon and coral,), beige, yellow undertones – light grey, dusky pinks, subtle green. Avoid deep shades or cool pastels.

 429.
Summer:
430. -Green, light blue or grey eyes
431. -Ashy blonde or light-medium brown hair
432. -Cool skin tone

 433.
Gravitate towards soft pastels with blue undertones (light pinks, blues and yellows), greys, off-white, blues – from pale to navy. Avoid yellow-based colours (coral, salmon pink, mustard, orange, tan), pure white, bold, primary colours.

 434.
Autumn:
435. -Warm skin tone
436. -Red, black, or dark brown hair

 437.
Gravitate towards warm/golden autumn undertones (rich browns, earthy reds and bronzes, olive/dark greens, burnt orange). Avoid pastel or bright colours, blue tones (except navy).

 438.
Winter:
439. -Brown, green or deep blue eyes
440. -Medium to dark brown, or black hair
441. -Cool skin tone

 442.
Gravitate towards bold blue-based colours, icy, cool primary colours (bold reds, blues and golden yellows), black, dark grey, pure white. Avoid yellow or orange-toned colours (rusty browns and reds), pastels.

 443.
Minimalism

 444.
Since consumerism took over, minimalism is taking its place for many people globally.

 445.
Minimalism is simply only owning items that have a purpose and will be used – timeless items you can mix and match, that you love and will rest assured be worn instead of sitting there collecting dust. To be minimalist, you have a small number of items for each season and certainly aren’t addicted to shopping.

 446.
To be minimal, life becomes more convenient. It’s easier to put outfits together, to organize and means you can purchase higher quality pieces you love. As a result, you will turn up to work more professionally than ever!

 447.
Minimalists curate their closet to hold only items that bring joy, selling or donating unnecessary items – now famously labeled the Kon Mari method. Don’t worry, it’s not small enough to make you feel like you’re wearing your school uniform again.
