  2243. &lt;li&gt;Experience as a teacher, trainer or advisor as part of an international law enforcement development program is desirable.&lt;/li&gt;
  2244. &lt;li&gt;Experience
  2245. working with law enforcement senior management personnel in
  2246. international law enforcement development programs is desirable.&lt;/li&gt;
  2247. &lt;li&gt;The
  2248. ability to speak French at a conversional level (Level 3 on the
  2249. Department of State’s Language Proficiency Speaking Definitions) is
  2250. desirable, but not required.&lt;/li&gt;

  2252. The Candidate selected will be
  2253. subject to a Background Investigation for the Public Trust Waiver by the
