/>一些水军媒体把速冻水饺、净菜、火腿肠甚至酸奶都叫做预制菜，以论证消费都已经吃了很多年预制菜。这些无良媒体把地里摘下来直接吃掉以外的菜都叫做预制菜，试图搅浑水来给预制菜正名。<br /><br />后来国家出了标准，具体条文很复杂，主要是规范了生产与销售，对于实际消费没什么意义。<br /><br />仅以一个普通消费者的角度来讲，我觉得只要一道菜的主要部分和关键步骤不是在饭店现场制作的，这就是预制菜。除了佛跳墙这类关键步骤需要好几天的名菜可以适当放宽标准，其它的一概是预制菜。<br /><br />至于哪些步骤算关键步骤，比如炒菜的腌制勾芡下锅炒、卤味的卤制过程、凉菜的凉拌与调味，这都算是关键步骤。<br /><br 连接该路由器。<br/>光猫和华硕路由器的连接，两头都是自己做的水晶头，不过上传正常应该也不是网线的问题。 </p><p>最近对象老是说京东，或者 腾讯视频卡顿，没网<br/>今天周五，终于让我抓住了。现在已经长达 1 小时了，期间下载速度完全不正常，具体表现为:<br/>1.手机在路由器前面用"全球网测"测速，下载只有不到 10Mbps ，上传有 50Mb<br/>2.PC 电脑测速下载不到 10Mbps ，上传有 44Mbps<br/>此时去光猫后台看 PON -20dBm 和网速正常时候是一样的。 </p><p>问了负责这块的师傅，他让我重启光猫和路由器，然后我问有没有人和我一样，他说没有<br/>后来我去小区群里问了，有没有人网速慢，有一个人说有，并且换了光猫一样的效果。 </p><p>这个是不是实锤是电信的锅了，我还需要试一下光猫拨号上网开启 wifi 在这个过程中伴随着很强的冲突, 我也第一次的意识到了自己人格上的不完善. 也就是从这个时候开始, 我决定要提升一下自己的人格方面的东西, 至少处理情感类的问题, 我不希望再这么狼狈.</p><p>跌跌撞撞的买了几本书吧, 但是几个月的时间里, 感觉对自己的帮助不是很大。事情的转机应该是出现在一周前, 我又在抖音上面下单了一本叫做<strong>《二次成长》</strong>的书, 读起来真的有很强的共鸣, 非常喜欢这部书.</p><p>然后真正迫使我做出一个网站的原因, 其实是来自于一次和我的哥哥的争吵。</p><p>我这个人其实很害怕与别人发生冲突, 也就是在这次争吵结束后, 我向自己发出了一个需要深度思考才能解决的问题: <strong>如何才能在短时间内提高自己的人格? 即升阶变为 INFJ-A?</strong></p><h2>构思：一个网站的诞生</h2><p>因为我的职业就是<strong>网站开发</strong>, 所以很容易就联想到要做一个网站来实现. 但是这个网站要有哪些功能呢?</p><ol><li><p><strong>核心功能：AI 解答</strong>首先, 我想到的就是一个帮助我解答问题的功能。利用现在的 AI, 其实很容易实现, 但是只是单纯的 QA 模式, 未免太没有权威性.</p></li><li><p><strong>结合阅读：引用书籍原文</strong>最好还能和我正在阅读的心理学书籍联系起来, 就是引用书籍里面的原文来为我解答问题.</p></li><li><p><strong>具体实现：AI 编辑器 + 知识库</strong>之后我又想到, 似乎现在的 <strong>AI 编辑器</strong>是一个绝佳的选择。也就是说, 只要我将书籍的电子版 TXT 按章节分类, 变成我的一个项目文件, 然后将我的问题变成一个 markdown 文件的头部信息, 接着, 就像让 AI 编写代码一样, 引用名著全部的上下文来为我自动补全 markdown 文件, 来帮助我解答问题, 就是这样子的一个思路.</p></li></ol><p>以上的这些内容都是我在回家的路上想出来的。回到家之后，我出了第一版提示词：</p><blockquote><p>我已经深深的、真切的，意识到了我在人格上或者说意识上的不健全，似乎周围人依旧拿我当一个小孩子来看待。于是尝试努力去改变，发现一个人缓慢的思考成长速度非常之慢，阅读了一些书籍之后，发现可操作性又太差，于是，就出现了这个想法，那就是利用自己做网站的能力做出一个实际可操作可用的网站出来，名称为 <strong>Zkeq 的人格完善指南</strong>。</p><p>这个网站主要是以名著为指引，在遇到问题的时候，引用整个篇章，来为自己解答，在这个网站的使用过程中，也就是我的人格慢慢变完整的一个过程。</p><p>在这里首先使用两本书，一本书是<strong>《人性的弱点》</strong>，一本书是<strong>《二次成长》</strong>，那本书一本是让自己重新的养一遍自己，另一本是有点像成功学了，如何正确的处理人际关系。这个网站会成为我以后做事的一个指南。</p></blockquote><h2>实现：Docusaurus 与 Claude Code</h2><p>之后，就是选择建站的工具了，这里就选用了很久之前我就知道的一款工具 <code>docusaurus</code> 来实现。</p><p>巧合的是，这个文档编写工具正好有两部分组成：</p><ul><li><strong>文档部分</strong>：正好作为名著的 TXT 版存放知识库。</li><li><strong>博客部分</strong>：正好作为我的 QA 问答区域来实现。</li></ul><p>之后就通过 <strong>Claude Code</strong> 来编写了一个项目的首页, 然后这个项目差不多就成型了. 一周的时间里面, 大概提问了 10 篇文章, 出来的效果比我预想的要好很多, 一次比较成功的把 AI
