31.

If you are going through tough circumstances, payday loans may sound a tempting option to you. But if you are not an experienced person, we suggest that you consider this option after a lot of thinking. Since these loans feature a very high interest rate, they shouldn’t be taken unless you have no other option. Below are 7 tips that may help you make an informed decision.

 32.
Financial charges

 33.
The amount of loan you will get is a lot lower than what is written on the check. The reason is that finance charges are deducted from the amount, so you will need to write a check plus these charges. Not doing so will result in a higher rate of financial charges that you will have to pay. Most people get into even bigger trouble when they fail to pay the principal amount along with interest. So, make sure you know how much you are getting and how much you will need to pay back down the road.

 34.
Paying back

 35.
If you don’t have enough funds in your account to pay back the loan, you may try other options. For instance, you may renew the loan amount or consider taking out another payday loan. But keep in mind that this new loan will have its own financial charges and extra fees. And the extra fees are actually incur because of late payment of the amount of loan.

 36.
State Regulations

 37.
In each state, regulations are different for payday loans. Usually, the term limit is not more than 30 days. The problem is that lenders often issue loans that feature a longer term limit. In this case, you are at the lender’s mercy, which is a situation you may not be willing to go through.

 38.
Cash crunches

 39.
As said earlier, the purpose of a payday loan is to deal with a temporary financial crisis, and we have to pay back the loan as soon as we are out of the financial trouble to avoid high interest and fees.

 40.
So, it is not a good idea to be tempted by the “roll over” trend or you may have to pay a huge sum at the end.

 41.
Financial position

 42.
Usually, these loans are for borrowers with lower incomes as they can’t afford to borrow from other sources. Here, it is important to keep in mind that lenders don’t usually take into account the financial position of those who are applying for the loan. So, you have to think harder before opting for this option.

 43.
Automatic rollover

 44.
You need to be aware that there are some loan sites that tend to rollover the loan amount automatically. And then there are sites that have some contractual agreements that state that you, the borrower, do not have any right to file for bankruptcy or file a lawsuit against the lender.

 45.
Approval

 46.
A great characteristic of payday loans is that they are easy to get, meaning the approval process is quite easier than other types of loans. So, most borrowers find them quite tempting, but you should be careful and only opt for this option if you have no other choice left.

 47.
You may say that opting for a payday loan is a good idea to deal with a temporary financial crisis, but a hasty decision may get you in a bigger trouble. If you don’t be careful enough, you may end up in a vicious circle of debt. Therefore, it’s better to pay back the loan as soon as you get your hands on some extra cash. Hopefully, keeping these tips in mind, you will take this decision.

 63.

Getting a business cash advance is simple and easy for most small businesses, and even those who have poor credit scores. While this does not apply to bank loans, these are the requirements of private lenders, and private lenders are amongst the leading funders at this time.

 64.
Most business owners who are looking for funding and are unaware of the current requirements and developments of the financial sector, visit their local bank. This is the way people believe a loan is to be obtained, via the bank. However, banks are not very enthusiastic about funding small business, and as a result a whole new industry has cropped up to meet the demand.

 65.
Private lenders often fill the gap between businesses and banks. There is the very large segment of small businesses that are stuck in the middle, who don’t qualify for bank loans and yet require financing. Private lenders fill this gap providing many of them with the much required business cash advance in the USA.

 66.
The services provided by private lenders

 67.
The funding that private lenders provide is typically known as MCA or merchant cash advance loans. These kinds of loans are short term loans that are for a maximum duration of 12 months. The repayment options are easy and flexible, and small business owners can work with the funder to set the method that most suits their requirements.

 68.
The application process to apply for a business cash advance is simple and quick, with the private funder generally requiring basic information, and a lot less than those of banks. The basic information required by private lenders to provide an MCA are as mentioned here.

 69.
1. How old the business is

 70.
2. The gross monthly sale of the business

 71.
3. How much they require

 72.
4. Purpose of the funds i.e. working capital, business expansion, purchasing inventory, purchasing equipment etc.

 73.
5. If the business owner has other loans and if he or she is in bankruptcy.

 74.
These are some of the basic types of questions that a small business owner who is applying for an MCA would need to answer. The outstanding difference between an application for an MCA and bank loans is the fact that banks require detailed information related to financial statements. Private lenders basically need a broad picture of the ground realities of the business applying for the loan. Unlike banks all decisions are not based on the statements of the small business.

 75.
While banks and private lenders may have a different way of looking at things, private lenders do take care to ensure the ground realities of the small business are as they should be. Banks rely heavily on financial statements when reaching a conclusion related to funding a business.

 76.
Features of the MCA loan application process

 77.
While it is possible that you will be asked about your credit score even when you are going to apply for private funding. The credit score is not a determining factor for an MCA. These loans are unsecured loans and as a result collateral and security are not required as well.

 78.
When credit scores, collateral and securities are not holding back small businesses, the possibility of getting funded is a lot higher. These are the basic weak areas of most small businesses, which hamper their ability to get funded by in large. When these weak areas are removed from between a small business owner and the funding they seek, the process becomes a lot smoother for them.

 79.
Collateral is something that most small business owners find difficult to show. Typically, only with a private lender can a small business owner expect to receive a business cash advance with bad credit.

 80.
Another great feature is the fact that small business owners can receive the funding they require very quickly as well. The quickest a business owner can receive the money in their business account is 48 to 72 hours, from the time they submit a complete application. At the latest this time frame would be a week or two. Banks on the other hand are in no particular hurry to provide business funding, and a realistic time frame would be a couple of months to receive the money.

 147.

Fast payday loans are small, momentary credits for surprising costs and health-related crises to avoid expensive late payment penalties and late expenses on NSF checks without any collateral or security deposits.

 148.
Lavish lifestyle and outstanding debts have made fast payday loans online increasingly popular to meet an eccentric money crunch or a crisis circumstance between paydays. Below are some of the benefits that you can consider by requesting for a fast payday loan online.

 149.
During an emergency, you can make an online request for a fast cash advance in minutes with no long queue and, if approved, receive cash in just one business day.
150. Requesting a fast cash loan does not require any long waits. It is secure, and there is no hidden fee if you are requesting from trusted lenders like Cash One.
151. Requirements to apply for a fast cash loan online
152. One must be a U.S. resident or have a substantial ID and accomplished 18 years of age or older. Must have a consistent type of salary and an active checking account, and lived in the same location for at least 3-6 months.
153. Fulfilling the above necessities, the lender could ask for a post-dated check and hold it as an assurance of repayment. When the underlying conditions are checked, and the necessities are fulfilled, a fast cash advance loan is credited instantly into the borrower’s account.

 154.
Why Cash One Is the Best Place to Request Fast Payday Loans
155. Cash One, being one of the leading and reliable sources of fast loans online for more than 10 years and has processed over 500,000 loan requests no matter you have bad credit. Cash One has the credit to disburse cash in one of the quickest and easiest ways without any hassle with 120+ direct payday lenders in times of emergency. We work to unite customers like you with a nationwide network of trusted lenders without charging you with any service fee. These lenders are willing to offer cash loans online up to $1,000 quickly, conveniently, and securely until your next payday.

 157.
If you can’t qualify for a conventional bank loan, there are certain loans that do not take your credit history into account. Such an option includes taking the help of a short term lender, who at most needs you to have a steady job to find you eligible for the loan. The process is not only convenient but also helps you borrow with a quick approval process.

 158.
Almost everybody has seen advertisements for online short term loans, and if you’re like a lot of people, you’ve considered applying for one when you’re short on cash. While online payday loans can be very beneficial during financial emergencies, not everybody understands the relatively simple process of getting one.

 159.
The application process has certain special requirements you should be aware of before applying for an online payday loan. Keep reading to learn more about the basic process of getting a payday loan.

 160.
Decide the Amount You Need When you apply, make sure you know how much money you really need from a payday loan provider to make it worth the investment. You’ll have to pay the money back, so avoid getting more than you need to get by. Choosing the appropriate amount for a cash loan will help you pay less in interest when the loan is due.
176.

I have conducted countless management workshops in my professional life for various clients and the question that continuously is asked during the workshop is, “how do I manage my manager”? I hear such comments as, “my manager should attend this workshop” or, “my manager requires this workshop badly”.Unfortunately, the participants who are saying these comments are not alone in their frustration. Based on my calculations, previous experiences and reading data based networks, approximately twenty eight per cent of all working Canadians believe that they work for a good manager; thirty eight per cent say they would fire their manager if they could; four per cent would have their manager assessed by a psychologist and thirty per cent would send their manager to management training. No doubt, many people are a victim of circumstance and wind up working for a manager who is weak and ineffective. We don’t often choose the manager we work for and we do not have to fall victim to their short comings. It is important to realize that we cannot control or change our manager but, we can control and change the way we interact with them.It is true that some managers are just plain bad people. They have no respect for others nor do they respect their professional environment or the company they work for. These managers are miserable and their values evil; as a result, they don’t respect themselves. Although these types of managers are few and far between, you may work for a manager like this. Should this be the case, there is virtually nothing that you can do about it. Accept the fact that this is the situation and make a decision to stay or leave. On the hand, most difficult managers are not aware of the fact that they are difficult. They actually think they are good managers setting good examples of leadership. Understanding why and how your manager has gone off track may help you choose the best strategy for working with him or her. Here Are Seven Reasons Why Managers Are Difficult:Micro managementSome managers have been embarrassed by someone’s poor performance in the past and they are determined not to let this happen again. As a result, they are involved in every detail and decision that takes place in the business unit usually confusing results with activities. This is compounded when the manager’s boss expects him or her to micro manage the daily activities of the business unit. Micro managing leads to ineffective time and priority management skills and eventually disconnects the boss from subordinates. In over their headsMany difficult managers have been promoted to their current position because of their technical skills, their good attendance record, their willingness to work extra hours or their friendly non threatening relationship with their boss. Critical management skills such as organizational skills, leadership skills and decision making skills are given little or no consideration, resulting in an ineffective and at times a burdensome manager.Management by numbersToo many managers have been trained to manage by numbers. They are firmly committed to letting the budget manage them rather than take the initiative to manage the budget. These managers make all decisions solely based on the numbers regardless of the collateral damage in the workplace. People are disposable balance sheet items that are expected to get the job completed within the pre determined financial parameters.Bad boss mentor syndromeMost difficult managers learn at the feet of the master and unfortunately were promoted to their current position by the master. Mentored by bad examples, they in turn mimicked the same bahaviours. The master has taught them the art of micro management, management by numbers and the take no prisoner approach by being rudely blunt and talking down to subordinates.OverworkedDifficult managers all have one thing in common; they are fire fighters. Not only do they micro manage they are in the thick of many confrontations leaving little or no time to be proactive and get the job done. This can be disastrous for a difficult manager because s/he begins to work harder; not smarter, they push harder on their people to get the job done and become intolerant to mistakes. They are ineffective because they are ill equipped to deal with the pressures that today’s business opportunities bring causing their lack of leadership and analytical skills to become evident. There is little or no time for professional development as training may be seen as a sign of personal weakness or a luxury that the manager or subordinates cannot afford or don’t require.Poor communicatorsIn the world of information technology many leaders feel compelled to increase communication through the utilization of email, high speed internet and black berry’s. Difficult managers tend to over use these methods by sending off emails to address challenges that should be addressed face to face or, at the very least over the telephone. To carry the problem further, some have reverted to conducting performance evaluations via email in order to reduce time constraints that have been caused by being overworked. The more connected a difficult manager gets to the information highway the more disconnected and disoriented become the subordinates.Selective feedbackMany difficult managers surround themselves with “yes” people. People who tell them they are doing well when their performance is terrible. Since they are apt to surround themselves with people that exemplify their behaviour, they really don’t know that their performance is less than satisfactory. They intentionally or unintentionally choke off open and honest feedback and believe they are doing a good job because, no one has told them differently.Strategies For Coping With A Difficult Manager:You cannot manage something that you cannot control. Many of us have tried to manage our personal relationship’s and we have found that we are worse off in comparison to when we started. If you can control something then, you can manage it. Difficult managers are much the same. They cannot be managed because they cannot be controlled. We can cope with but, not control a difficult manager. Here are seven strategies you might consider when coping with a difficult manager.Support your managerDo not, under any circumstance put down or bad mouth your manager in front of subordinates, peers or other managers. This is known as mutiny and the consequence of such can be severe. Ensure that your manager gets an abundance of credit for the work that you have done, even if s/he doesn’t deserve it. In all your tasks, make sure that you cater to their strengths and be quick to play down or avoid their weaknesses.Be an initiatorYou have heard the saying, “it is better to beg forgiveness than ask for permission”. The same can be said when dealing with a difficult manager. Establish your top goals and objectives (four to six is very manageable), get your manager’s input, adjust accordingly and make it happen. Keep your manager informed on a regular basis and reset priorities only when absolutely necessary. Difficult managers will leave you alone because they are over matched and you are the least of their challenges. They may even view you as being a star performer because you are the least of their challenges.Crash manage prioritiesIf you are a star performer, sooner or later your manager will come to you with urgent matters. When s/he does, pull out your previously agreed upon list and ask what items are to be moved or rearranged in order to accommodate the request. Focus your energy on those items that you can control and cautiously select those elements that you believe you can influence.See the political landscape for what it isEverything in business is political except politics, that’s personal. Learn how to play the political game by determining who the players are and how the game is played. Remember, organizational politics is a function of responsibility, accountability, authority and influence and, it is part of the organizational landscape. If you have more than one person working in your organization ; you have politics. Politics pervades our daily working life. That means building strategic relationships with others that might include personal trust and professional networks. The key is to remember 30% of people are doers, 50% are fence sitters and 20% are naysayers. Work with the 30% because these are the people who are willing to move ahead and make things happen.Be credibleThe biggest intangible you have to deliver your boss is your credibility. Do what you say you are going to do, do it with passion, professionalism and exceed expectations. Never under deliver, over promise or compromise your commitments to others. Credibility will establish leadership potential and keep you in good stead with the manager and others.Timing is everythingYou must be patient and wait for the right time to approach your manager. Are they more receptive in the morning or afternoon? Is s/he more receptive to one on one conversations, team meetings or carefully worded proposals? Many times they are going to have bad encounters with others and this is usually accompanied with negative consequences. It’s a good idea to anticipate these encounters and never approach him / her afterwards.Don’t be a victim of circumstanceRemember, you cannot manage those things that you cannot control and you cannot control your manager. Always be building professional relationships within the organization with your peers, your manager’s peers and other business unit leaders. Your best strategy to not becoming a victim is having a well planned exit strategy.

 214.

If you’re in sales, then you’ve probably heard all sorts of advice, from “don’t oversell” to “focus on solving problems.” However, one of the best pieces of advice that many forget is to smile! After all, your smile is one of the first features people notice about you, and it plays an essential role in the first impression you make. Keep reading to learn all about the importance of a smile in sales (as well as how cosmetic dentistry can help!).

 215.
Smile: Your Sale Depends on It!

 216.
Knowing your product and knowing your audience are key in sales. However, you don’t get far if your client doesn’t trust you or believe you. That’s why it’s so important to make a good first impression! Here are a few ways a smile can help:

 217.
• Smiling is more powerful than you might think – One study found that smiling has the same effect on our brain as $25,000 in cash!

 218.
• Smiling communicates your state of mind – Smiling is a non-verbal cue that you are happy to be where you are, that you are confident in your product, and that you are ready and willing to help.

 219.
• Smiling creates a ripple effect of positivity – Have you ever seen a friend yawn and done the same? Or seen someone take a sip of water and immediately realized you’re thirsty? Thanks to the mirroring neurons in our brains, we naturally mimic the behavior of those around us.

 220.
But What If You Don’t Like Your Smile?

 221.
If you don’t like your smile, don’t worry – that’s where cosmetic dentistry comes in. Whether you’re struggling with misaligned, misshapen, cracked, or otherwise imperfect teeth, your smile goals aren’t out of reach. The first step? Scheduling an appointment with a skilled cosmetic dentist. For both my father and myself, providing high-quality, personalized, and judgment-free dentistry is a passion. There’s truly nothing better than seeing someone walk out of our office with a dazzling, confident smile! So, don’t wait to make your dream smile a reality – it could make all of the difference when it comes to your personal and professional life!

 249.

1999 was probably the worst year of my professional life. Unsatisfying office jobs followed by long periods of unemployment and claiming benefits. I’d also missed out on an opportunity to train as a Microsoft certified programmer because I was unable to find a placement. The dream of making my way into the world of employment had turned into an absolute nightmare, at times I felt like a total failure.

 250.
Towards the end of 1999 an opportunity arose for me to work in a casino. I’d always loved card games after seeing the glitz and glamour of casinos in James Bond movies. Dissatisfied with life in Northern Ireland, at the age of just 20, I packed a couple of suitcases and ended up going to the Isle of Man to train as a croupier (casino dealer) in January 2000. 18 months later I was working on my first cruise ship, and 18 months after that I was boarding the QE2 (the most famous ship of them all) to do a world cruise.

 251.
For a young man from a housing estate in Antrim, Northern Ireland this was beyond even my wildest dreams. On a ferry from Belfast to Liverpool in 1997, I’d once seen a pontoon table and croupier and dreamt what it may be to work as a casino dealer on the high seas.

 252.
Everything aboard the QE2 was as you would expect, starting with Captain Ron Warwick, who looked exactly what the captain of the QE2 should look like (Google the name if you don’t believe me). Passenger facing crew were immaculate in their appearance. I could probably have shaved with the crease on my pressed tuxedo shirts, and on a number of occassions when I had been sunburnt in port, I could feel the creases cutting into my tender skin as I dealt the cards that evening in the casino.

 253.
The great thing for croupiers on cruise ships is that they only work when the ship is in international waters, in port, the casino must close, and casino staff are free to do pretty much whatever they want. Casino staff have a cabin steward who cleans their cabin and takes away their dirty laundry and brings it back fresh each day. We did a 103 day world cruise which included stops in places like Hong Kong, Sydney, Cape Town, Hawaii, Mauritius, Nagasaki, Tahiti and Singapore to name a few. I managed to do some amazing excursions like diving in the great barrier reef, quad biking in the Namibian desert, and dining in all sorts of fine restaurants, trying delicacies like Springbok, Kangaroo, Crocodile and Kobe beef. We made stops in 5 continents, crossed the equator and even experienced living a Tuesday in consequetive days when we crossed the world timeline. Imagine that, you go to bed on Tuesday night, wake up the following morning and its Tuesday again, but this was far from groundhog day.

 254.
The role in the casino was not about taking passengers’ money like in a land-based casino, it was about providing them with fun and entertainment. The passengers were friendly and pleasant, many of them being extremely successful people (I understand the lowest cabin cost for a world cruise on the QE2 was about $50,000 in 2003). A lot of the passengers had never played in a casino and were fascinated to learn and experience the one onboard. Just getting to know some of these people was an experience in itself, and a large part of the role in the casino was simply to entertain them whilst they were in the casino.

 255.
There were also celebrity passengers. We would finish work and go to the crew/members bar where we would have guest entertainers like the late Des O’Connor and the magician, the late Paul Daniels down to have a drink. God bless them both.

 256.
Was my job the best job in the world? Maybe not for everyone, but it was beyond even my wildest dreams and the 6 month experience, as well as the amazing people I met will be something I treasure forever. I was very lucky to have lived this experience and will always be incredibly grateful for it.

 257.
Many years have passed since then and I’ve always missed the buzz of casinos which is how Fun 21 Casino Hire was created in 2021. My celebrities now are anyone who hires the No Money Fun Casino that I provide for parties and celebrations, and I aim to give the same experience that you would expect onboard the QE2.

 285.
Have you ever had a client who was a buyer “in today’s market” make an offer, get the offer accepted, only to back out after a bad home inspection? Well.. in order to limit this there are some things you as a Realtor can look for while showing the home to your client that are definitely red flags, and at least could be brought up so the client isn’t surprised by a bad report. As a home Inspector and owner of SafeHome Home Inspections (www.safetulsa.com) the easiest thing to look at for somebody who is not trained is a bad electric panel.

 286.
A “Bad” electric panel in the eyes of any home inspector means “unsafe” or less safe than other panels. It has been determined by studies, lawsuits, etc that these panels are not desirable.

 287.
Here is a list of bad panels that are very common in the Tulsa area. These panels are likely present in your local market as well, and every or nearly every home inspector will call them out in the report as in need of further evaluation for replacement: Zinsco, FPE (Federal Pacific Electric) Stab-lok, Challenger. These are the most common “bad” panels that I run into here in Tulsa.

 288.
You don’t need to do very much work to identify these panels, oftentimes they are labeled somewhere in plain sight. A word of caution though, the access door is fairly easy to open most of the time but you should never open the deadpan front cover, It’s dangerous and would require tools anyway and you might as well leave something for the inspector to do .

 289.
I could go into detail about why these electric panels are dangerous and the different studies that have been done about them over the years but why bore you with that? If you want more information you can do a quick google search on any of these brands or look up one of the main studies by Mechanical and Materials engineer Dr. Jesse Aronstein titled “Hazardous FPE circuit breakers and panels: Information for Homeowners, Inspectors, and Electricians”

 290.
While you may not have to avoid a home like this completely, letting the buyer know in advance will at least prepare them so there isn’t a shock on the report, and who knows, maybe a seller will still be willing to change out the panel “in today’s market”. If so, that’s a major win for the customer and a great value to your client.

 321.

Microsoft Excel comes to mind when considering a suitable reporting tool for businesses. Excel has been a natural choice for years because of its data organization and analysis capacity. However, as systems change and the demands for data analytics become more complex, it has become clear that the software has some limitations, hence it is necessary to shift from excel to power bi.

 322.
For organisations, Microsoft’s Power BI provides robust analytics and reporting features. Power BI delivers significantly more insight than Excel thanks to faster experimentation with visualisations, statistical functions, and calculations across large datasets and the capability to derive answers instantly through the quick recombination of fields.

 323.
Listed below are a few advantages of moving from excel to power bi:

 324.
Excel to Power bi – Accessing and Storing Large Quantity of Data

 325.
Microsoft Excel can perform simple and complex arithmetic operations and functions. However, its effectiveness wanes when you have enormous amounts of data that cannot be opened. This makes it less than ideal.

 326.
You can view, analyse, and visualise the more significant data sets that Excel struggles to manage with Power BI’s impressive comprehension capabilities. Not only are these things possible, but your files can also be stored and analysed using only 50 megabytes. To import and cache your data inside a .PBIX file, Power BI makes use of robust comprehension algorithms.

 327.
Efficiency is one of the most apparent reasons why Power BI is such a valuable tool. It eliminates the need to aggregate or reduce the size of large datasets to show a more comprehensive analysis. Instead, all the most minute details and summaries can coexist in one file and be evaluated through drill-downs.

 328.
In addition to having a massive amount of storage space, you can also edit and prepare your data. Many tasks are made simple by Power BI.

 329.
Excel to Power bi – Data Protection

 330.
Any business has always placed a high priority on data security. For all kinds of organisations, big or small, the growing threats of data theft, unauthorised access, and invasion by foreign entities have become major concerns. Excel has features that safeguard your data. Excel limits access to files, sheets, or any worksheet as part of security measures.

 331.
The user can keep any document locked to prevent unauthorised personnel from accessing the data. The read-only option prevents external parties from editing or otherwise altering the document. Excel does provide security features, but they are basic and lack more sophisticated features.

 332.
In contrast, Power BI offers data protection features that are highly dependable, scalable, and responsive to current business requirements. Power BI has the industry’s best built-in security control. Role-based authentication, cloud security, risk monitoring, risk identification, and network security are a few of the security features that Power BI offers.

 333.
Compared to Excel security features, Power BI’s data security measures are unquestionably more detailed and trustworthy.

 334.
Excel and Power BI provide analytics features, but in comparison, Power BI’s presentation of the visuals and analytical results is much more thorough and appealing. Excel offers basic analytical features, whereas Power BI provides advanced, business-focused analytical features.

 335.
Although some of the more recent charts are available in Excel, they cannot connect to the data model. Excel’s portfolio does not currently include some of the newest trending charts at the application level. It only has restricted access to the data model as a result.

 336.
However, Power BI has all the features necessary to satisfy customers’ new demands interactively. With the help of Power BI, an organisation can access real-time dashboards, performance indicators, and an alert system. Using data from the past, the organisation can visualise the present and future data.

 368.

However great as current clinical innovation may be, it can never save you from the issues brought about by a way of life that is unfortunate. Rather than getting a cutting edge clinical fix for each issue, it is much better to live so that you will scarcely at any point become sick.

 369.
An ounce of counteraction is positively better compared to a pound of fix. The following are seven hints on the best way to carry on with a long and sound life. Moreover, the very way of life that assists you with staying away from disease additionally assists you with shedding pounds.

 370.
Get Sufficient Activity
371. In the past individuals needed to involve their actual bodies throughout their typical work. Be that as it may, today somebody might get up, go to work in a vehicle, then plunk down, get up to return home in the vehicle and while showing up at home, plunk down again until the end of the day.
