These provisions are made in order to create graduates from a superior study program and have a good impact on the development of the institution. This certainly applies to the Prof DR HAMKA Muhammadiyah University Sharia Banking study program which wants this study program to develop and have good quality, so tracer study is the best step in achieving this. In conducting this tracer study, there are four stages that need to be carried out, namely starting from the development of concepts and instruments, followed by data collection, then analyzing the data that has been collected, and finally preparing the tracer study report. This activity was carried out from August to early October 2023. The tracer study was conducted to alumni of the Islamic Banking Department of the Faculty of Islamic Studies, Muhammadiyah Prof DR HAMKA University who graduated in 2022. The tracer study conducted at the Islamic Banking study program at Muhammadiyah Prof DR HAMKA University used a survey method to alumni who had graduated and to graduate users. Deepening the survey results was carried out with in-depth interviews with selected alumni and graduate users to strengthen the findings of the tracer study results for the improvement of learning services in the Islamic Banking study program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof DR HAMKA. The results showed that the learning process provided by Prof DR HAMKA Muhammadiyah University, especially the Islamic Banking study program, has been carried out well, but there are several things that must be considered, namely increasing the understanding of Islamic Banking students in applying Al Islam Kemuhammadiyahaan and also limitations in communicating to establish cooperation so that they can get the best job.

Many studies have been conducted to examine this, one of which is that color can increase concentration and affect working memory. This study used an experimental method involving 40 students who were divided into 2 groups. 20 students in the control group were given colorless images, and 20 students in the experimental group were given colorless images. Participants in this study were aged 17-23 years and did not have color blindness. However, not much research has been conducted analyzing how webinars are implemented as an effort to improve student academic achievement. The research approach is qualitative with a phenomenological approach using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The results of this research describe the results of a webinar attended by students throughout Indonesia to discuss motivation and performance improvement with representatives from each island. The analysis results show that 54.20% of participants took part in webinars 3-4 times a week, this shows high enthusiasm for this activity. Information regarding the webinar was mostly obtained via WhatsApp (67.50%), which shows the effectiveness of social media as a means of information. Motivations for participating in webinars vary, from gaining insight to being motivated to appear. In short, webinars can be an important element in improving student performance, building skills and knowledge, and supporting academic and non-academic growth. Factors such as exposure to high-achieving students, participation in webinars, and parental support were identified as mutually reinforcing factors in helping students achieve higher grades

The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires and survey activities to teenagers as the research target. Then, data analysis was carried out to obtain research results. After conducting the research, the results obtained are that the character of Civic Education is considered very important and influential for the image of the Indonesian nation. With this character education, teenagers can have a good mindset, attitude and behavior in accordance with civic values and various aspects. With this, public high school students in Bandung must implement attitudes and actions that are in accordance with the character of citizenship. With the support of the family, community and school environment. As well as the government as a provider of solutions and strategies for these problems. Such as conducting socialization by providing good knowledge to adolescents about the values of Pancasila and citizenship that must be instilled early.
