  542. <p>省力化投資補助金「一般型」は、業務プロセスの自動化・高度化やロボット生産プロセスの改善、デジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)等、中小企業等の個別の現場の設備や事業内容等に合わせた設備導入・システム構築等の多様な省力化投資を促進する事業です。</p>

  544. <p>なお、本公募回より、今般の最低賃金引上げに対応する中小企業・小規模事業者を後押しするべく、要件の緩和や審査における優遇措置を新たに実施します。</p>

  728. <p>9月5日（金曜日）に、今年の最低賃金について、すべての都道府県の地方最低賃金審議会で取りまとめられました。全国加重平均については、過去にない高水準である、1,121円（引き上げ率：6.3％）となりました。</p>
  729. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  730. <p>引き続き、賃上げ原資の確保に向けて、手元の資金を確保できるようにするため、価格転嫁対策については、中小受託取引適正化法（取適法）の来年1月の施行に向けて着実に対応するほか、3月の価格交渉促進月間の発注企業のフォローアップに加え、今年2回目の月間となる9月の取組も強力に進めます。</p>
  731. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  732. <p>予算・税制面では、最低賃金引上げの影響を受ける中小企業・小規模事業者に対する販路開拓等の支援として、持続化補助金等により支援を行っていくとともに、赤字企業でも繰越控除により利用できる中小企業向け賃上げ促進税制、生産性革命事業等による支援を進めます。加えて、域内への波及効果の大きい100億企業を目指す中小企業への支援や、事業承継、再生支援等への相談体制の強化も行います。<br />
  733. さらに、今回の最低賃金引上げを受けて、中小企業庁は、ものづくり補助金、IT導入補助金、省力化投資補助金（一般型）について、要件の緩和や審査における優遇措置を新たに実施します。</p>

  735. <p>今般、こうした最低賃金の引上げに対応する中小企業・小規模事業者を後押しするための支援策を取りまとめました。<br />
  736. このほか、様々な課題を持つ中小企業・小規模事業者が「稼ぐ力」を高める方法があることに気づき、実践できる仕組みを設け、中小企業・小規模事業者の現状を認識し、伴走支援を実施していきます。</p>

  1429. <p>「ものづくり・商業・サービス生産性向上促進補助金（ものづくり補助金）」は、中小企業・小規模事業者の革新的な新製品・新サービスの開発や海外事業による国内の生産性向上に必要な設備投資等の一部を補助する制度です。対象となる業種は製造業だけではありません。卸売業・小売業・サービス業など幅広い業種が対象となっています。</p>
  1430. <p class="u-mt20">ものづくり補助金は、平成24年度補正でスタートしてから、都度、制度の見直しがなされており、令和6年度補正についても、制度の見直しがされているため、今回は、そのポイントについて、中小企業庁の担当者にお話をうかがいました。</p>
