  130. <h2>概要</h2>
  131. <p>9月5日（金曜日）に、今年の最低賃金について、すべての都道府県の地方最低賃金審議会で取りまとめられました。全国加重平均については、過去にない高水準である、1,121円（引き上げ率：6.3％）となりました。</p>
  132. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  133. <p>引き続き、賃上げ原資の確保に向けて、手元の資金を確保できるようにするため、価格転嫁対策については、中小受託取引適正化法（取適法）の来年1月の施行に向けて着実に対応するほか、3月の価格交渉促進月間の発注企業のフォローアップに加え、今年2回目の月間となる9月の取組も強力に進めます。</p>

  135. <p>予算・税制面では、最低賃金引上げの影響を受ける中小企業・小規模事業者に対する販路開拓等の支援として、持続化補助金等により支援を行っていくとともに、赤字企業でも繰越控除により利用できる中小企業向け賃上げ促進税制、生産性革命事業等による支援を進めます。加えて、域内への波及効果の大きい100億企業を目指す中小企業への支援や、事業承継、再生支援等への相談体制の強化も行います。<br />
  136. さらに、今回の最低賃金引上げを受けて、中小企業庁は、ものづくり補助金、IT導入補助金、省力化投資補助金（一般型）について、要件の緩和や審査における優遇措置を新たに実施します。</p>

  138. <p>今般、こうした最低賃金の引上げに対応する中小企業・小規模事業者を後押しするための支援策を取りまとめました。<br />
  139. このほか、様々な課題を持つ中小企業・小規模事業者が「稼ぐ力」を高める方法があることに気づき、実践できる仕組みを設け、中小企業・小規模事業者の現状を認識し、伴走支援を実施していきます。</p>

  575. <p>前田は地方を巡り、生産者を組織し、協同組合を設立。海外仕様パッケージを開発し、洋式製糸機械を導入・国産化。</p>

  795. <p>「ものづくり・商業・サービス生産性向上促進補助金（ものづくり補助金）」は、中小企業・小規模事業者の革新的な新製品・新サービスの開発や海外事業による国内の生産性向上に必要な設備投資等の一部を補助する制度です。対象となる業種は製造業だけではありません。卸売業・小売業・サービス業など幅広い業種が対象となっています。</p>

  998. <p>中小企業省力化投資補助金「一般型」は、業務プロセスの自動化・高度化やロボット生産プロセスの改善、デジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)等、中小企業等の個別の現場の設備や事業内容等に合わせた設備導入・システム構築等の多様な省力化投資を促進する事業です。<br />

  1151. <p>中小企業庁は、売上高100億円という高い目標を目指し、それに向けて挑戦を行う企業・経営者を応援するプロジェクトである「100億宣言」の初回公表を、６月１７日（火曜日）に特設ポータル上にて行いました。</p>
  1152. <h2>　「100億宣言」とは</h2>
  1153. <p>「100億宣言」とは、中小企業の皆様が飛躍的成長を遂げるために、自ら、「売上高100億円」という、経営者の皆様にとって野心的な目標を目指し、実現に向けた取組を行っていくことを宣言するものです。</p>
  1154. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1155. <h2>　初回公表の案件について</h2>
  1156. <p>1,500件を超える申請件数（６月９日（月曜日）時点）のうち、311件の公表（６月９日（月曜日）までに申請があったもののうち、事務局の確認が完了したもの）を行います。<br />
  1157. そのほかの申請についても、事務局の確認が完了次第、順次公表する予定です。</p>
  1158. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1159. <h2>　宣言申請企業の属性について</h2>
  1160. <p>申請件数（６月９日（月曜日）時点）の内訳として、売上高の規模については10億円台から90億円台まで幅広い規模から、業種についても、製造業、卸売業・小売業、建設業、運輸業・郵便業、宿泊業・飲食サービス業、情報通信業など、多様な業種から申請があり、また、全ての都道府県の企業から宣言の申請がありました。</p>

  1162. <h2>　今後のスケジュールについて</h2>
  1163. <p>「100億宣言」については、引き続き申請を受け付けており、既に申請いただいた案件も含め、順次事務局で確認を進め、公表を行う予定です。</p>

  1165. <p>また、「経営強化税制」については、６月２日（月曜日）より新たな拡充枠としてE類型を設け、同日より施行、受付開始しております。加えて、「100億宣言」を行った企業の経営者等のネットワーキングの場として、秋頃を目途に、大規模なシンポジウムや、宣言企業向けの定期的な経営者ネットワークイベントも開催予定です。詳細については、内容が確定次第、再度お知らせいたします。</p>

  1435. <p>IT導入補助金は、中小企業・小規模事業者等の労働生産性向上を目的として、デジタル化やDX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）に向けたITツールの導入を支援する制度です。2017年にスタートし、毎年内容が見直されてきました。</p>
  1436. <p class="u-mt20">IT導入補助金2025（令和6年度補正）でも、導入関連費としてITツール導入後の「活用支援」が対象経費になるなど、いくつかの改正点があります。</p>
