If we want add a forum to a website who have also a user database,

mybb_user of the forum. Its avoid double registering (website>forum). 
 
But what is the best way if the user register in the forum first ? When the user want change name in the forum ? Where i can add a function in the forum to update the website database in these case ?

I have been provided with a set of data files pertaining to a myBB forum which is no longer active. This forum previously served a niche fan community which now exists in a different space, and I would like to make the old forum's contents available in a read-only fashion so that members can reference it for various uses. 
 
I have the following: 
 
- database.sql 
- a full set of web hosting files, .htaccess, .php, .css, etc. 
 
Now, I am technically minded, so I could probably take all of this and turn it into a fully-functional forum again, but that's not my goal. I don't want to host any kind of user data, access, etc. In the past, I've seen folks in similar positions with other forum technologies who were basically able to take their forum boards / threads and turn them into a bunch of flat HTML pages, and I'd like to do something similar here if possible. I'd appreciate any assistance y'all can offer.

<description><![CDATA[Hey! This is quite a random and niche question. I wasn’t entirely sure whether to post it here or in General but I figured it’s still asking for advice. 
 
So my forum is a successor to a previous forum that ended up being engulfed by Tapatalk. One thing I’d like to do is to occasionally post up threads from the Tapatalk forum on the new MyBB forum. This is to serve as a throwback for our members and have them relive some funny threads, and to potentially boost our SEO by repopulating the board with some of the most basic questions around the topic of our forum (since our members are relatively seasoned now and aren’t asking such questions anymore).
 
I don’t want to just link to the threads as Im trying to direct traffic away from Tapatalk rather than toward them. I tried using Inspect on the thread page and disabling all the superfluous elements to then copy the HTML and paste it onto a page on MyBB using OUGC Pages but it proved rather janky and results didn’t seem consistent. 
 
Can anyone think of a method to display the post and user content of a thread on MyBB without being able to scrape the database? I have access to an admin account on the old forum but naturally Tapatalk are holding all those databases hostage essentially.]]></description>

This also includes the Turkish language: this way you can display your copy of MyBB completely in the Turkish language. This may aid visitors of your bulletin board, who might not always have a good knowledge of the English language, in understanding the offered content. 
 
About Translation and Translator

I’ve cleared cookies etc…changed browsers, nothing makes any difference. ALL the other sites I am a member of I don't have an issue with,just this one. The admin is tearing his hair out.

Forum Name - Alphabetical by name 
Forum ID - Numerical by forum ID

* Fully functional & ready to use/test
