66.
If airlift is the key to the second home door, then El Salvador is the best bargain on the street. It may look like a fixer upper because of the country’s history with hurricanes, earthquakes, war and poverty but its main airport – now the hub of all of Central America soon will be hosting more than 2.5 million passengers a year – is 20 minutes from the region’s Costa del Sol and some of the finest beaches on the West Coast. If there is one single amenity that drives second half traffic it is waterfront property and El Salvador has 200 miles of Pacific Ocean coastline that few North Americans have ever seen, let alone researched for a real estate purchase.

 67.
El Salvador, from the Spanish word “The Savior”, is bordered by Guatemala on the west, by Honduras at the north, by Nicaragua and the Gulf of Fonseca on the East, and by the Pacific Ocean on the South. It is the smallest country in Central America, and has the highest density of population in the region and has the second largest U.S. Embassy in the world. The distance between San Salvador and neighbor capital cities of Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua is about the same (4-hour drive). Approximately 70 percent of the regional commerce is concentrated in these four countries.

 68.
TACA International Airlines, owned by a Salvadorian family, operates about 65 percent of all the traffic in and out of the El Salvador International Airport also known as Comalapa International Airport. TACA, which is expanding its hub in El Salvador, provides non-stop service to San Salvador from Toronto, New York, Washington, D.C., Miami, Los Angeles and Chicago and recently purchased a string of regional carriers that will provide additional flights within Central America and the Caribbean. Delta (Atlanta), United, Continental (Houston) and American also provide direct flights to the country’s capital city.

 69.
Compared to U.S. coastal communities, homes in El Salvador are an absolute bargain. For example, Joan Rich Mantecón, a San Francisco Bay-area Realtor who specializes in international second homes (, had listed for sale a five-bedroom, three-bathroom home on the beach at Playa San Diego, south of La Libertad, in May, 2007. This fully air-conditioned house had been painted inside and out in 2004, had two swimming pools and Jacuzzi, a five-room servant-renter quarters, large gazebo for hammocks, outdoor BBQ and enough room to park five cars in the backyard. This property is 20 minutes away from the airport and also 20 minutes away from Santa Tecla where there is a Costco and various malls. There’s a seafood restaurant on the beach only steps away and the home’s caretakers live across the street. Price? $325,000.

 89.
Pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding take a drastic toll on your body. After childbirth, a woman’s routine becomes much hectic because of the newborn baby! A mother may at times, feel blessed to have even a few hours of uninterrupted sleep.

 90.
Nevertheless, personal training experts say that a proper fitness program and nutritious diet can help you get in shape quickly.

 91.
Be cautioned though. A mother of two and a personal training expert says that transformation does not happen overnight. However, with regular exercises she eventually had a body, which was better than she ever could have at her age! So, if you are planning to undertake some post-pregnancy exercises, now is the chance to get a body that maybe you dreamed of having, all those years!

 92.
1. Develop realistic goals
93. We know the first few months after having a baby are very special. Your baby is dependent on you for everything and you can’t leave their side for long too! However, you have to take out time for yourself. Do not exercise to fatigue. Take it slow but do not ditch exercises completely. Exercise when your baby is asleep and go for walks with your baby.

 94.
2. Exercises to do
95. Start practicing Kegel Exercises whenever you have spare time at hand. Take a deep breath and while exhaling, imagine your vaginal opening getting pulled up toward the inside of your belly button. Relax when inhaling. Repeat this procedure 20 times.

 96.
Another exercise to do is Tommy Toner. Inhale while expanding your belly. Pull your belly button toward your spine as you exhale. Again, repeat this 20 times.

 97.
3. Use dumbbells
98. Weight training is one of the most effective ways to have a better-shaped body. Even 2 or 3 sessions in a week, each of 20-30 minutes can bring some noticeable difference.

 99.
With weight training, you will have more lean muscles and less of body fats so not only do you lose weight but you also become stronger.

 100.
4. Don’t eat snacks or fast foods
101. With less time at hand and more tasks to do, some women may grab processed snacks and fast food without thinking about the damage they are doing to their fitness program!

 102.
If you are busy, have shakes instead. Eat healthy and more natural snacks such as nuts, fruits or a cup of low-fat yogurt. You could go to a nutritionist for some great snack ideas.

 103.
5. Hydrate yourself
104. Drink plenty of water, before, during and after your fitness training exercise. Lactating mother should have at least 8 ounces of water before and after their exercises. If your urine is clear or pale yellow in color, it means you are drinking enough water.

 124.
All business owners should be continually searching for marketing tips to better their business. You might have a great system set up, and you know everything there is to know about your industry. This still doesn’t mean your business is going to be a success. It’s sad that is a reality for some business owners because they will never make it. They can get past this by either learning about how to promote or hire someone else to do it.

 125.
Out of all the strategies, tricks, and tips to make an effective marketing campaign, there is one thing that stands above the rest. The marketing tip of all marketing tips. Want to know what that is? It’s establishing your business apart from it’s competitors. It’s branding your message. It’s your unique selling proposition or USP.

 126.
Your unique selling proposition is exactly what it sounds like. It’s the very reason why people should buy from you and not someone else. What makes you special? What can you offer that every other company in your industry can’t? Why are you so different?

 127.
A lot of you are probably saying ‘oh well, we have a low price…‘ or perhaps ‘we provide the best quality…‘. Well I’ve got bad news for you. These things don’t matter to the public anymore. These exact differentiations have been used since the ’70s and buyers have already heard them a thousand times. So, you provide the lowest price…do they sell it at Wal-Mart?….Then, you don’t have a buyer anymore. We all know you can’t beat Wal-Mart’s prices.

 128.
You have to really grab the prospects attention with your USP. It has to be different…and I mean really different. The word unique is in the phrase. Be one of a kind. Things like integrity, loyalty, honesty, best service, most quality, longest time in business, and lowest price are all ineffective USPs in today’s market.

 129.
This is one of the greatest marketing tips you can hear. Sometimes finding the right USP can be very difficult though. It can take time until you find something absolutely perfect. Once you have it though, you wouldn’t believe how much more business you will get.

 130.
Ask yourself these questions to help find your USP:

 131.

 132.

 133.
How is your product/service better or different then your competitors?

 134.
What physical or emotional needs does your product/service supply?

 135.
What is your ideal buyer (age, gender, demographic, etc) and what do they like?

 136.
In what ways does your customer service excel?

 137.
What is special about your staff?

 138.
What do customers say about you?

 139.

 140.
These 6 questions will help you focus into the right USP. Once you have your USP created, you need to brand your company around that sentence. Not only do you need to create why you are different, you have to live it. Fulfill the promise you make with your USP and people will know why they should buy from you more then anyone else.

 160.
When it comes to creating videos for a small business, I typically find there are a couple of common thoughts going through the minds of most company owners.

 161.
1) Is video marketing really going to produce the results I want for my business?

 162.
2) How much time and money am I going to have to invest into creating a marketing video?

 163.
These are both very good questions and before getting into something like video marketing, you as a business owner should have a thorough understanding of exactly what you are going to get out of the process.

 164.
These uncertainties also boil down to a series of sub-questions. For instance:

 165.

 166.

 167.
How much money is this going to cost me?

 168.
Will I have to appear on camera?

 169.
How do I know I’m not getting ripped off?

 170.
How much time will this take and how much of my day is going to be interrupted?

 171.
Will anybody actually watch my marketing video?

 172.

 173.
With all of this in mind, it’s no wonder that just about anybody would have to think twice before deciding to go forth with something as uncertain as video marketing! What it also means is that you should be as informed as possible about the video production process and know what competencies to look for when hiring a video marketer.

 174.
Here are a few things to consider.

 175.
First, successful video marketing is about a lot more than just putting together a nice flashy final product. In fact, having something that looks nice and flashy shouldn’t even be one of your primary concerns. Yes, having a professional looking final product is important but there are certainly other things you should be more concerned about. After all, if you have the absolute best looking video in the world but nobody watches it past the first ten seconds, how much value is it really delivering?

 176.
An excellent marketing video follows this process:

 177.
1) The video marketer(s) learn everything they can about your company.
178. 2) The highly engaging script for the video is written.
179. 3) The actual marketing video is created using visuals, voice-overs, animations and/or live footage.

 180.
Here is a summary of the process.

 181.
Learning about your business
182. In order to be effective, the video marketer must learn as much as they can about your business. Starting with questions like, who will the video actually be selling to? Who makes up your target market? What terminology does this demographic understand? The video script must be written in a way so that it speaks directly to these prospective customers.

 183.
Next, the video marketer must learn about your business entirely. What makes you unique? What problems do your customers come to you with? How do help them?

 184.
In order for the marketing video to be effective, it must be relevant to you and your company. This valuable information can only be obtained through in-person or phone meetings. Simply filling out a questionnaire cannot provide the video marketer with enough information to do a good job.

 185.
Writing your video script
186. Next, before any filming, animations or other work is done – the most important part of your video has to be created.

 187.
The sales script.

 188.
And yes that’s right – not just ‘the video script’. This highly engaging script must be designed to do two things specifically.

 189.
Grab the viewers attention and hold it for the duration of the video.

 190.
Convince them to take some sort of action after watching the video.

 191.
One without the other simply isn’t good enough. This is where many marketing videos fall apart and where business owners start to wonder if investing their time and money into a marketing video really was a good idea, because their video is not achieving either of these.

 192.
Make sure your video marketer knows how to do both of these things when inquiring about script writing.

 193.
Producing your marketing video
194. Finally, after a satisfactory script is agreed upon by both parties, your marketing video can start being created. The great thing about technology in today’s age is that your entire video can be created without a camera ever having to be pointed in yours, or anyone’s direction.

 195.
In fact, your entire marketing video can be created using screen capture software such as Camtasia with the image part of the video being nothing more than a colourful PowerPoint or Keynote presentation.

 196.
Of course, your video can also be a combination of this and live footage.

 197.
Overall, as long as you follow these three things, your marketing video is much more likely to be successful. The most important item to remember, is that you do not want your video to be a commercial all about you and your company. Make it about your customer instead. After all, they are coming to you because they want help solving their own problems. So let them know exactly how that is going to happen.

 198.

 217.
Many things come to mind when thinking of Las Vegas. Sprawling casinos, world-class shows, a hotel strip like no other in the world – and lots and lots of fabulous shopping. From the glamorous Forum shops with top designer names to the open-air Premium Outlets with great deals on brand-name merchandise, shopping in Las Vegas is as fun and unique as the city itself.

 218.
Some of the hotel shopping on Las Vegas Boulevard is an absolute must, as much for the surroundings as for the boutiques themselves. A great place to start on the strip is the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace (3500 Las Vegas Blvd S.) Even if you don’t spend a dime you will enjoy the architectural details of this famous shopping venue. Designed to reflect the grandness of a Roman street, this shopping arcade features marble statues, a massive atrium with a domed skylight, and the much-copied sky painted ceilings that make it feel like you’re outside even though you aren’t. The shopping is also pretty remarkable. 240.
With soaring gas prices, it’s no wonder that many American workers are dreaming about eliminating their commute and working from home. Recently, many companies have begun to allow their staff members to work from home for economic reasons. With recent advances in technology, the web, email, internet, modems, cheaper fax machines and voice mail, some people rarely go into the main office anymore. Working out of your home can be a mixed blessing though. There are certain benefits that any worker would love. If you are facing such a decision, take a look at a few pros and cons of working from your home. There is clearly a lot to consider before making this transition.Ask yourself these questions: Am I a workaholic and if so, would working at home worsen that problem? Would I feel isolated if I’m at home more than usual? Could I separate my business from my personal life if both were under the same roof?Be honest about your personality and think carefully about your work-life balance before you decide. Be realistic about potential feelings of isolation and true reasons for wanting to work from home. Make sure you are making this decision on a personal happy basis.Do you enjoy being your own boss? Do you work well without requiring constant feedback and direction? You also must be willing to stop work and not be chained to your desk 24/7 which would negatively impact your family life.Do you have good self-control and are goal-oriented? These two disciplines alone can help you make money as you desire with the Internet. And by working at home you have the freedom to fly with your own creatively. There’s extensive research that supports increased productivity among home-based employees. Also, that they are more dedicated, effective and positive towards their chosen employment.Working from home may be your idea of bliss, but those affected by your decision may not see it the same way. Be sure you have worked it out with your partner and/or your family, and that they are happy with your decision also.Your spending more time at home will affect their lives too. In most cases the effect will be positive, but you still may have family commitments and make sure that your plans do not conflict with other family members.More and more innovative companies have work-from-programs. All 1,100 of JetBlue’s reservations agents work from their homes and if that is your desire it certainly can be done.

 276.
What do we mean when we say we have made an experience?
277. How to photograph and photo-retouching of food images to follow the rules of its archetypes.
278. The experiences in my life I have always held for me jealously. It was a bit ‘my system to make a barrier between me and the other because there is always someone who wants to be your own business and to tell everything they have heard from you, so my experiences were as a result, it became insignificant. So I learned to lie about what I was doing it my mood about all my experience. In fact, it is very hard to describe their own experience and make it clear to your listeners exactly as you saw you because it is something that touches some of our internal emotional strings. Ropes that are unique in all of us. An experience to remember because it is accompanied it our emotions experienced at the very moment in which we have had that experience. And tell our experienced it downgrades to a simple image that others have of you. But you can do an analysis of what and experience to understand how it binds to our ability to live, to love, to communicate and to understand things. You always have to start from knowing what you want to understand, know what they do not teach in school not because it does not exist as knowledge, but it seems that it is not important to know what we should know all, for example on key natural laws of our universe, on his geometry, on his lack of perfect symmetry, the symbology on the archetypes, what makes us sensitive and allows us to understand things, etc. etc… But you can do an analysis of what and experience to understand how it binds to our ability to live, to love, to communicate and to understand things. You always have to start from knowing what you want to understand, know what they do not teach in school not because it does not exist as knowledge, but it seems that it is not important to know what we should know all, for example on key natural laws of our universe, on his geometry, on his lack of perfect symmetry, the symbology on the archetypes, what makes us sensitive and allows us to understand things, etc. etc…We must always start from the origin of what you want to understand and then try to necessarily start from the archetypes of all things. What is an archetype? Basically, it’s the idea of something. It still has a meaning, not yet, but it has the idea of how to that particular thing. All we know of this universe we live in is recorded in our mind in the form of an idea how to be everything and these primordial ideas we have just called archetypes (a definition that is found abundantly on the Internet and on any dictionary). To explain their meaning and to understand why is there all this talk with photography I can give an example. We can use the food. What are the ideas of edible food, qualitatively good and palatable? To put it directly, we see what are the archetypes regarding food photography.Well, first of all, I must be very saturated. Any other non-vivid colour would correspond to the exact opposite of what constitutes an idea of palatable food. Then it must have a lot of glitter on the surface, because this means that the food was freshly cooked and then, in addition to having the right degree of humidity, especially fresh. And finally the last archetype concerning the palatable food: is very good light to pass through the mid-tones. What does it mean? It means that if the light passes through the mid-tones (light has a spectrum, a range of frequencies, the mids are simply the frequencies that are in the middle), the food is soft, it is still young. But what exactly determines that it is a qualitatively good food to eat? And ‘where the light passes through the mids that the colours become even more saturated. As the light cannot make it cross the colours are switched off or become much less saturated. If you want proof, take a slice of butter and look at it through the light of a bulb. Or a hand, a part of your body. The saturated colour of our archetypes is the life, is all that is natural is healthy.Anyone who faces food photography or photo-retouching of food unless it takes into account these simple archetypes does a poor job. You might even talk of meanings in photography because in this case, we would not have exceeded even the basics that are accessed by the inexperienced. There is another aspect to consider. A photograph is processed using the RGB colour space that has the quality to contain many more variations for each colour of the CMYK colour space instead is used for printing. In practice, it means that the RGB picture can contain very highly saturated colours even fluorescent colours. Be careful because once you convert photos to print, fluorescent colours disappear and then the food to our eyes, instead of switching on freshness archetypes, we turn on the stale food archetypes.Infinitely complex or evolved?- Digital photographyI would like at this point to clarify the difference between complex and evolved. In the chapter on I introduced the archetypes but even if I went in that direction I would complicate my story.I would immediately arrive to discover that photography is geometry, a geometry that embodies archetypal meanings, symbolic, conceptual and especially emotional, but I risk to get into complicated for me as I already wrote it. But what I want to realize with these items, it is a constructive talk, always in that direction, but always constructive and without complications within the theme doing photography. As an example of complication or evolution can be used in the advent of digital photography. Do you think the fact that the art of photography has gone digital is a complication or an evolution? The same comparison you could also do to the human race when you look at the West compared to African countries. The photographic art actually always respects the same rules, a photographer artist never based his art on the knowledge of the computer or camera, but his art he uses the moment they look into the camera viewfinder and shoot! This is its art, namely being able to take at the moment, in the position and perfect brightness. So the evolution of photography in the digital is not an evolution in photography, but a complication because all the photographers have had to learn new technologies. If anything, one can speak of an evolution of the cameras. Nor does the fact that today’s cameras can take thousands of times instead of one is an evolution because the real artist photographer knows when to shoot and do it once. All other digital shots, they go down the drain. The art has remained so since she was born, are the techniques, it is technology that has evolved. As evidence of this, I resurrected an old problem that had been at the beginning of the digital age.For any analogue photographer was a humiliating moment the digital switchover. Once, before the digital, development occurred through chemicals and various processes on an exposed film from the light, that was, in the sense if they could not change a single part in the colours created by the original light. It was completely altered with the products. Today the same photographers who initially developed the colors or black and white in the darkroom, some of them not all, claimed that the computer does not use it and do not even want to learn to use it because at this point the people in front of a beautiful photography would have said that was also photo-retouched. Today I think we are all adapted to computer use, it can not do without if only for the size of the files, but at the beginning of the digital era as well. That is their fear that it could be diminished the photographer’s art urged them not to learn the use. Today the files of the images come from the camera just as numeric values, then the computer with a mathematical calculation turns them into as many numbers that the computer reads them this time as three light channels. Red, green and blue. And this product at this point can be called the true original photograph, similar to the one that came out on film from the analogue camera. So there is a process that does the calculation computer to translate the sequence numbers (8, 16 or 36 bit), in bright channels and anything that can be done after this time with a computer becomes photo-retouching. But there is nothing more wrong. That is their fear that it could be diminished the photographer’s art urged them not to learn the use. But there is nothing more wrong.E ‘can still perform a development of the photo without changing the numerical values of the same, that is, without performing editing. E ‘possible with a Photoshop technique to perform a second development changing what has been achieved in the first. This is not photo-retouching because they are not altered the colour information contained in the three channels. A real shame because maintaining this confusion, that is not addressing this complication at the time, has only contributed to downgrade the category. This method I learned from the man who is internationally regarded as the father of colour correction, Dan Margulis. Dan Margulis has always used Photoshop and knows every secret…Of consciousness and colours GeometryBut what it does that have to do the technology (and science) with human consciousness and (therefore spirituality)? What has to do primarily a photography course with human consciousness? When we hear that word, they were taught to think of religion to Catholicism if we are Italian, which means being bigots and even a little ‘annoying, because if we are, we are also moralists in the sense that we preach well but we scratch about very bad and there have inculcated that speak of consciousness is a big waste of time as well as much of a hassle. It is not marketing, it’s not something you eat, is not money, and above all is not science, and therefore, what is the use?I disapprove totally. As I mentioned earlier, we live with no one teaches us that between religion, or spirituality (I prefer the latter term because with religion we enter more specifically and complicated) and science there is a deep bond. Deepening these arguments one can not see a relationship difficult to ignore. I began to introduce the archetypes, talking about food, but I’ve only talked about archetypes thousandth class. The basic archetypes are little more than twenty, beginning with those who speak the sacred geometry of our universe. Leonardo certainly knew them as the Golden Spiral, the Vitruvian Man, he drew them precisely describing our geometry. A unique geometry throughout the universe. The number Phi, the Vitruvian Man, the Golden Spiral, the Mandala, the Fibonacci sequence, the Mandelbrot set and consequently the fractals, the Julia sets that show us how the Golden Spiral can draw all things in the world we know, everything coincides and describes only one geometry, our. Among all these archetypes, which basically are few, there is the first that could be precisely the idea of â\x80\x8bâ\x80\x8bgeometric existence (because geometrical described by geometric archetypes) of our consciousness. After Consciousness is energy, modern scientists say it also, and it is energy occupies a space that must necessarily have a geometry. I say that could be the description of what in essence is consciousness because no one has ever tried this, but I would get with simple observations. Only Dr Malanga to my knowledge, scientist and chemist and physicist genius, I met many years ago during a conference on the Super Spin, went on to explain consciousness through the archetypes. I will not pretend to do the same thing now I mean, I would not have either the skills. It ‘a process that may be able to make a longer because of very complicated time. So instead of wallow in an attempt to show that the face of consciousness than simply Matches between archetypes, I step back and I look again all over again trying not to stare any complexity. You could also consider the quantum physics that states that only by taking into account the existence of the observer consciousness, you can explain certain laboratory experiments. But in addition to being very complicated, I find it rather boring and I do not have a laboratory capable of using photons for today.Instead, we offer our observation skills that not even centuries of Inquisition and other wars of all kinds have been able to take off. Our common sense and Treccani says common sense (or bonsènso; most com. COMMON SENSE) sm [expression cast fr. bon sens]. – natural Capacity, instinctive, judging uprightly, especially in view of practical needs. Now tell me if our common sense, it should not be an option for anyone, it is not really our conscience? The word consciousness, according to Jung, accurately defines what remains as a result of having had a positive and constructive experience. Any experience long as it is positive. There are many dictionaries from which I extract this meaning, but Jung, who knew something about the human psyche, defined the word conscience in this way. Technically it is what allows us to be different from others because everyone does their own experiences. What makes us different from the others that are in the first analysis, the consciousness born of the experiences we have with our parents when we are born, then the experience of the school, then for the experiences at work, with friends, with colleagues etc. etc. Where education is knowledge, and experiences are the conscience. It ‘a little’ how to join the Spirituality and Science. We are made of these two components, why this nonsense of enemy makes in our history?Yes, if we think about it, we are more aware of the areas where we have developed more experience, we are not where we have not developed, but it is also what others recognize us without this happening with a logical reasoning. We are a bit ‘as the works of art, if we are beautiful works we are nice people, if we are not it means that we have gained little conscience in our lives. It can also be inborn, of course, he inherited from the life of grandparents, great-grandparents and transferred to us as a form of memories and energy within us when we are born, but already born with two parents who know what love is, and grow with them, creates in us a certain (very specific and character) generous consciousness. It ‘s a bit like photosynthesis, if you are born when you come nourished by light, grow up healthy and strong if you get nourished by you will be able to play the same love, and you will have a strong vitality, normal, but not so much in common our society. The consciousness is the thing that distinguishes a work of art by an artisan work done as it should. What on earth will the work of art that stands out from everything else done as it should? It contains aware of the meanings that arouse in us emotions can make us feel an experience observing the work itself. The work itself will watch and we look at it through the emotions that she always did well for us. In practice an artwork contains the author’s message, contains the meanings aware that the author himself wanted to impress in his work.We all have a conscience, but we are losing the idea that consciousness is for us the most important thing in our lives. And it is true that every person, every animal, everything has its own consciousness. Although it may be little awareness of an object, as it expresses its use and that’s it, but it is always consciousness. Have you ever used a tool of another for the first time without knowing its true and proper use? beginning do not understand it, then when you see it used by the owner who has understood rather well the meaning, we understand well the meaning us. Seeing it used properly, it makes you recognize something about the object that only with our eyes do not see, of course, his conscious meaning. That is so simple and that’s all.A particular person who has made it his unique technique a real art, he always said: it is foolish not to teach because the person who comes to us the same, that we can not even if unable to explain it. What did he mean by that, he meant that those who acknowledge that manages to get close to his art learn it, those who do not have it he cannot even if he explains. It ‘very important to observe this in us when we approach to photography, in its development and in the eventual editing. One has to understand well what we are led to be able to do a job with passion, love and perhaps with a “conscience.” If we can find our passion when we work we reload, rather than if we do something we do not like, we consume. One thing that no one wants to learn, for example, in photography or in the photo processing is the use of colour spaces, ie the use of the colour geometry. But there is, it is a complication which required digital photography and does photography with a passion we have to understand what it is.This is referred to colours, colour geometry, resulting methods of viewing and printing and its translators who are the colour profiles (on this subject they have called so many that even today only a few have really understood the use of colour profiles and colour spaces using Photoshop with its render engine).

 296.
If you are shopping around for a new motor vehicle, your purchase need to go hand in hand with acquiring a car insurance quote. As soon as you drive your new vehicle off the dealership’s floor you are at risk of getting in an accident or you can be hijacked on your way home, consequently you have to have your car insurance policy in place previous to getting behind the controls of your car for the very first time. There are many variables that would influence the car insurance quote that you will obtain. Causes such as your age, gender and driving history are all examples of such variables. The price of the car in question will also play a role, as will the number of nominated drivers on the vehicle.Never settle for the first car insurance quote you receive. Try to contrast and compare as many quotes as possible – no less than three or five. In case you are uncertain about the terms and conditions associated with your policy, make certain to discuss this with your insurance agent or insurance broker prior to signing your contract. One of the points that may perhaps result in a lower car insurance quote is opting for a higher excess amount. An excess amount is essentially the difference between the price for repairing your vehicle and the amount that the insurance company is willing to pay. Say for instance you must repair your bumper after a small accident and the repair price is R10 000. The insurance company agrees to pay R8 000. Your excess amount (payable by you!) is then R2 000. The greater your voluntary excess amount, the lower your associated premiums (usually!). Just be careful that you do not pick such a high excess amount that you would not be in a position to honour the payment when it is time to put in a claim! Also keep in mind that your car insurance quote will typically only give you an indication of your first year’s premiums. An essential issue to remember is that your insurance premium is likely to increase on a yearly basis. You might be thinking that this is not making sense, as the value of your car is in fact decreasing year after year and thus the insurance providers’s subsequent risk is lower. On the one hand that is true, but remember that the cost for repairing your vehicle (parts and labour) increase every year and insurance firms have to cater for this increased cost by increasing your premiums.Often times an insurance business will provide a car insurance quote, but your insurance policy will only be activated as soon as you’ve taken your vehicle for an inspection. These inspections are necessary as insurance firms must make certain that you are not trying to insure a car with an existing problem and that all the security features (such as an alarm system, immobilizer etc) stipulated on the contract are indeed in place.Obtaining a car insurance quote is really not difficult. Research your options, compare a couple of quotations and make an informed decision.
