49.
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 12, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) (“Faraday Future”, “FF” or the “Company”), a California-based global shared intelligent electric mobility ecosystem company, today shared a weekly business update from YT Jia, Founder and Global Co-CEO of FF.

 50.
“Welcome to the 24th issue of our Weekly Report. Sorry for showing up in a cap today. I’ve been dealing with a very serious case of shingles on my head these past few days, which has affected my condition a bit. Everyone, please also take good care of your health and get enough rest.

 51.
On EAI Flywheel this week, starting with S1 User Ecosystem:

 52.
This week, FX signed a deposit agreement for 1,000 units of FX Super One with ZEVO, the pioneer of peer-to-peer EV sharing platform in the U.S. The agreement includes non-refundable deposits and non-binding preorders, and the non-refundable deposit has already been received. The signing of this agreement not only marks that FX’s Co-Creation Ecosystem Online Direct Sales model has expanded into Texas, the second-largest EV market in the United States. It also represents another innovative breakthrough in our B2B2C sales model. Following the car rental, FX Par, real estate brokerage, and MCN agencies, FX has now also entered the rapidly growing peer-to-peer car-sharing market.

 53.
Based in Dallas, ZEVO not only allows individual car owners to list their own EVs for user-to-user sharing but also provides flexible short-term rental programs for ride-hailing and instant-delivery drivers. Its business has now expanded to core cities in Texas, California, Arizona, Florida, and Nevada. Through the cooperation with ZEVO, FX not only further expands the sales and use cases of FX Super One, but is also expected to speed up the implementation of our co-creation and sharing ecosystem. At the same time, when the car-sharing business and CXC10’s Three Growth Engines spark meta-chemistry — especially through the EAI + Crypto Dual-Bridge RWA products — new possibilities will emerge. The value of real-world mobility will be redefined and expanded in Web3 scenarios. This meta-chemistry could greatly accelerate the convergence of Web2 and Web3, and of EAI and Crypto, creating the greatest value for our stockholders.

 54.
This week, we also held a “Car Home Crypto Co-Creation” delivery event with Pinnacle. Calvin Gong is our first Co-Creation Officer since we announced the “EAI + Crypto” Dual Flywheel & Dual Bridge Eco-Strategy. We look forward to creating meta-chemistry between real estate, automotive, and crypto together with industry leaders like Pinnacle. This could help us co-create greater value and enable users to share more benefits.

 55.
Now going to S2-4 Product & Technology, Supply Chain, Production & Delivery:

 56.
The FX Super One U.S. year-end vehicle off-line target has officially entered the final two-month sprint stage. This week, the company established a dedicated project team to coordinate and drive the work. Key areas — including engineering, supply chain, homologation, manufacturing and so on— are all accelerating across the board.

 57.
On S6 Middle East:

 58.
Our global teams are working across three locations in full force to prepare for the October 28th UAE Super One Product Final Launch. As the strategic third pole, the UAE will host its major Super One product launch for the first time and take the lead in initial vehicle deliveries — a milestone of great significance for FF and FX’s global strategic layout. The experience gained through this event will also help ensure the smooth progress of the upcoming vehicle off-line and final launch activities in the U.S.

 59.
Going to S7, Capability and System Build-Up:

 60.
This week, members of our government affairs team were invited to attend a gala in Washington D.C. that brought together political, media and entrepreneurial leaders from across the U.S. We continue to strengthen our government affairs capabilities, and they are making progress assisting the company in public sector engagement, policy incentives, tariff strategy, and more.

 61.
Now let’s look at the Crypto flywheel:

 62.
Following the completion of the strategic investment in Qualigen (QLGN), the Crypto team has been advancing its business operations while accelerating the transition work. The special meeting of QLGN stockholders is currently scheduled for November 2025. If the transaction is approved, QLGN is expected to be rebranded as CXC10, marking the beginning of a new chapter in Crypto and AI operations for that company.

 63.
Next week, we will announce a major milestone related to the first FX Super One vehicle off-line target in the United States. Please stay tuned for the update. Okay, I’ll see you later.”

 139.
North America +35%, Enlarged Europe and Middle East & Africa Also Deliver Increases

 140.
AMSTERDAM, October 10, 2025 – Stellantis N.V. today released its consolidated shipment estimates. The term “shipments” describes the volume of vehicles delivered to dealers, distributors, or directly from the Company to retail and fleet customers, which drives revenue recognition.

 141.
Consolidated shipments for the three months ending September 30, 2025, were an estimated 1.3 million units, a 13% increase y-o-y. Most of the increase was driven by North America, also supported by year-over-year shipment growth in Enlarged Europe and Middle East & Africa.

 142.

 143.

 144.
North America posted a particularly strong rebound in Q3, with shipments growing by approximately 104 thousand units compared to the same period in 2024, a 35% y-o-y increase, including the initial deliveries of HEMI® V8-powered Ram 1500. This significant improvement primarily reflects the benefits of normalized inventory dynamics, in comparison to the prior year’s inventory reduction initiative, which temporarily reduced production.
 145.

 146.
Enlarged Europe Q3 shipments increased approximately 38 thousand units, representing an 8% y-o-y increase. This growth was primarily driven by the start of production of four recently introduced B-segment “Smart Car” platform nameplates, Citroën C3, Citroën C3 Aircross, Opel Frontera and Fiat Grande Panda, which were not in production in the prior year period. The benefits of the production ramp-up of these newly introduced products were partially offset by lower shipments of Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) as well as lower shipments in certain high-volume countries.
 147.

 148.
Across Stellantis’ other regions, shipments grew 10 thousand units net in aggregate, representing a 3% increase y-o-y, mainly driven by a 21% increase in Middle East & Africa, partially offset by a modest 3% decrease in South America shipments. The 16-thousand-unit shipment increase in Middle East & Africa reflected primarily increases in Algeria, where local production of FIAT products has been expanding, as well as positive market developments in Türkiye and Egypt. In South America, the modest year-over-year reduction of 7 thousand units in Q3 2025 primarily reflects an unusually high comparison base in Q3 2024, when Stellantis recovered Brazilian shipments that had been delayed by the Q2 2024 flood in Rio Grande do Sul.

 241.
The Company will continue to evaluate the various market tiers available within OTC Markets, as well as trading on an international exchange

 242.
BREA, Calif., Oct. 09, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — via IBN – Bollinger Innovations, Inc. (NASDAQ: BINI) (“Bollinger Innovations” or the “Company”), an electric vehicle manufacturer, today announces that its common stock will commence trading on the OTCID market, which is part of the broader OTC Markets (the “OTC Markets”), effective, Monday, Oct. 13, 2025. The Company will continue to trade under stock ticker symbol, BINI. The OTCID market is designed to enhance investor confidence by requiring higher levels of corporate disclosure while offering stronger tools for information sharing and engagement.

 243.
Moving to the OTC Markets allows the Company to continue maximizing the value of its assets versus the regulatory requirements, the time management must dedicate to compliance and reporting, and the costs involved in maintaining a listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”). The OTC Markets give investors access to many companies that may be less known and undervalued. The OTC Markets are also a far more flexible and cost-effective platform for public companies offering a range of reporting standards with less stringent requirements than the other major U.S. exchanges. The Company believes it will be able to better allocate financial resources that would otherwise be spent on higher exchange fees. This will allow Bollinger Innovations the operational flexibility necessary to execute its overall business strategy expanding its commercial EV market footprint. The Company believes that the transition to the OTC Markets will save expenses and should allow for a continued orderly trading market for its common stock.

 244.
The Company will continue to evaluate the various market tiers available within OTC Markets, including the OTCQB, as well as a possible return to a national exchange in the future. Along with Company’s North American (domestic) trading strategy, the Company also plans to apply to list its securities on an international exchange to provide global trading coverage, including the Alternative Investment Market, a sub-market of the London Stock Exchange.

 245.
As previously reported in the Company’s Current Reports on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on Feb. 28, 2025, and Aug. 29, 2025, the Staff of Nasdaq informed the Company that it was not in compliance, and had not regained compliance, with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(2), which requires a market value of listed securities of at least $35 million. Although the Company timely requested a hearing, the Company informed Nasdaq of its intention to withdraw from the Nasdaq hearings process and transition the listing of its common stock from Nasdaq to the OTC Markets. The Company expects that its common stock will be suspended from trading on Nasdaq effective at the opening of trading on Monday, Oct. 13, 2025, and will have its common stock commence trading on the OTCID of the OTC Markets immediately thereafter. The Company anticipates that Nasdaq will file a SEC Form 25 which will formally delist the Company’s common stock from Nasdaq in the near term. The Company will remain subject to the periodic reporting requirements of the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

 246.
“Moving to the OTC Markets is a logical and financially prudent step for Bollinger Innovations,” said David Michery, CEO and chairman of Bollinger Innovations and Bollinger Motors. “It allows us to significantly reduce our administrative burden, directly reinvesting those savings into accelerating our business strategy. We remain fully committed towards our investors as we continue our growth forward.”

 247.
The Company’s commercial EV lineup includes the Mullen ONE, a Class 1 urban delivery EV cargo van; the Mullen THREE, a Class 3 urban utility EV cab chassis truck purpose-built to meet the demands of urban last-mile delivery and service; and the Bollinger B4 chassis cab, an all-electric Class 4 commercial truck designed from the ground up with extensive fleet and upfitter input.

 248.
All vehicles are available for sale in the U.S. and in full compliance with U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the California Air Resources Board (“CARB”) certifications denoting strict adherence to clean air emissions standards.

 249.
About Bollinger Innovations

 317.
Incredible Handcrafted Details and Expert Engineering Showcase the Company’s First Porsche Build with the Celebrated Nineties Era Legend Named Project Gravette

 318.
KISSIMMEE, Fla., Oct. 09, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ECD Automotive Design, the world’s largest Land Rover and Jaguar restoration company known for its custom luxury builds, including bespoke Defenders, Range Rovers, Jaguar E-Types, Ford Mustangs and Toyota FJs, today announced the launch of its latest bespoke build and first Porsche with Project Gravette – a striking innovation of the venerated nineties era Porsche 911 (993). The spectacular new coupe thoughtfully blends timeless Porsche heritage with the modern performance, technology, and hallmark craftsmanship that ECD Automotive Design has become synonymous in the realm of luxury custom cars of all kinds.

 319.
Images of Project Gravette
Video of Project Gravette

 320.
“Project Gravette is a true celebration of Porsche’s golden era, elevated through the lens of modern performance and luxury,” said Elliot Humble, CTO of ECD Automotive Design. “We wanted to create a very special car that honors the DNA of the 993 while imbuing the build with the precision engineering and bespoke details that define all our work. Gravette is a build that perfectly captures the nostalgia and glories of the 993’s past with the innovation and craftsmanship that ECD clients want in their cars.”

 321.
At the heart of Project Gravette is a meticulously engineered air cooled Porsche turbocharged M64 engine, delivering an estimated 500 horsepower. Paired with a heavily upgraded 6-speed manual transmission and sport exhaust system, the powertrain ensures that the bespoke crafted 993 not only looks the part, but also delivers incredibly powerful performance.

 322.
Finished in a sleek Icy White gloss exterior with Agate Gray metallic accents, Project Gravette projects a staid, commanding presence outfitted with custom decals, a strong wide-body stance, and a bespoke rear wing. Sitting on 18-inch RS-style wheels wrapped in Michelin performance tires and paired with Brembo brakes and Bilstein sport suspension, the 993 custom is engineered for a high-powered drive that remains refined. Modern LED headlights and taillights enhance visibility while subtly updating the classic silhouette with contemporary precision.

 323.
Inside, meticulously realized details abound throughout to allure drivers. The beautiful cockpit features Recaro Cross Sportster CS front seats wrapped in premium Hydes black leather alongside custom weave and metal grommet inserts, complemented by matching OEM-style rear seats. The seat backs, interior console, and trim pieces are painted in Agate Gray for a cohesive interior that plays well with the 993 exterior.

 324.
A striking black suede headliner, billet silver hardware, and OEM-inspired white gauges with an original shifter help deliver an air of modern operating within the crisp classic sensibility of Porsche. Beautiful tactile finishes are found throughout the Gravette interior such as a silver billet e-brake handle, perforated pedals, and an OEM four-spoke steering wheel. Custom black seatbelts finished with white edging further underscore ECD’s obsessive commitment to craftsmanship at every touchpoint.

 325.
State of the art technology integrates with modern-day comfort to make sure ECD clients can enjoy the best of the 993’s classic elements with no sacrifices. A floating touchscreen stereo powered by Focal premium audio, Bluetooth connectivity, a digital rearview mirror, heated seats, automatic headlights, and a full suite of power conveniences are available. Under the hood, a driver’s preferred 6-speed manual transmission for analog shifting, sport exhaust system, and finely tuned suspension ensure that the Project Gravette provides a thrilling on road experience.

 326.
“Every component of this build, from the billet metal finishes to the custom leatherwork was designed to enhance the driving experience of this 993. Project Gravette is a special build for us in that the car is our very first ECD Porsche. After receiving so many requests from our clients to work on their Porsches, we finally acquiesced and could not be more pleased delivering Gravette,” continues Humble. “This is a driver’s car at its core, but it’s also a deeply personal piece of art that reflects the passion of our client. This vehicle presented the perfect canvas for ECD Automotive Design’s first refined vintage Porsche.”

 327.
Expertly crafted in South Florida, Project Gravette’s eye-catching Icy White gloss colorway immediately makes its presence known on the open road, carving through Miami’s vibrant cityscapes or along sun-soaked coastlines. Every build detail exudes classic Porsche while delivering top-level comfort. ECD once again successfully pushes the boundaries of handcrafted automotive design while redefining an icon, delivering a one-of-one creation that transforms what it means to own a truly custom Porsche 911.

 356.
Maranello (Italy), October 9, 2025 – Ferrari N.V. (NYSE/EXM: RACE) (“Ferrari” or the “Company”) today presented, at its Capital Markets Day, the profitability targets(1) for the end of the decade.

 357.
The Company is now nearing completion of its 2022–2026 business plan in full alignment with the commitments made. Indeed, Ferrari upgrades the 2025 guidance, exceeding its 2026 profitability targets one year in advance.

 358.
In the 2030 Strategic Plan, Ferrari targets to achieve net revenues of Euro ~9.0 billion, with a compounded annual growth rate of ~5%, largely driven by Sports cars and other car-related activities, sustained by the visibility granted by the order book. Such increase in revenues is driven by the enrichment of the product mix, along with personalizations. Revenues from Racing and Lifestyle are also projected to positively contribute to the Company’s performance.

 359.
EBIT to reach at least Euro 2.75 billion in 2030, with a margin of at least 30%, driven by the strong product mix, including limited-edition models, the enriched product range as well as personalizations. Volume is projected to positively contribute, although at a lesser extent. Industrial costs and R&D will grow mainly due to depreciation and amortization linked to products and infrastructure developed, racing activities and sports cars research expenses. SG&A will increase in line with revenues evolution, reflecting communication and marketing activities, lifestyle and the organizational development.

 360.
As a result, in 2030 the Company targets an EBITDA of at least Euro 3.6 billion, with an EBITDA margin of at least 40%. Such strong profitability translates into a remarkable industrial free cash flow generation and an improved cash conversion at above 50%. Indeed, Ferrari aims to generate a cumulated industrial free cash flow of Euro ~8.0 billion over the 2026-2030 period, mostly sustained by the growing profitability, partially offset by cumulated capital expenditures of Euro ~4.7 billion and other operating changes.
