Too many thing is happen to me. I'm not stay with my mother anymore. I'm already migrated to another place after two years living with my mother. Now I'm back together with my family. My wife is still pursuing her doctorate study.<br /><br />And&nbsp; me .....<br /><br /><a name='more'></a><br />My journey to success is still in struggling phase. Although it already a year but I'm still not getting there. However the journey is changed a bit. Now I'm pursuing study in Master and at the same time I'm already working as a technical manager at highway company.<br /><br />Salary is quite good although this is not what I'm looking for. One step ahead after been in struggling phase before.<br /><br />Since I'm not update this for some quite of time. So many story that I would like to share you all. But not now. Soon I will share my story what I've been doing after missing for almost a year.<br /><br />I'm still in struggling phase , however I have to make my journey succeed. Most of it is about financial. How are you going to make money a lot and fast. I bet your inbox email is bombarded with a lot of marketing Gurus' trying to suck money from you.<br /><br /><a name='more'></a><br />I read a sample chapter of The Compound Effect wrote by Darren Hardy. The book is very good and will open your eyes and make you realized that, there is no magic bullet, secret formula, or quick fix. You don't make money and become rich by spending two hours a day in the internet.<br /><br />All you have to do is work hard. There is no other ways. You have to identify your strength and weakness and work through it. Go slow, build up the skill then you will succeed. No doubts, it take a lot of work if you you want to be rich., There is no other ways. You will hate it but you won't regret it.<br /><br />I've been in the business before. For your information, I make a lot of money and I make it fast. Its&nbsp; also make me fail faster than I make. How?<br /><br />Darren Hardy wrote in his The Compound Effect book about the restaurant had to closed down&nbsp; when the restaurant's staff began to take its success for granted.<br /><br />So, if you want to make real success, if you want to go faster, then slow down. I'm already read it before and&nbsp; already forgot about the content. I thought by reading it again I will remember the content. No, it did not make me remember. It just give me the new sight of new thinking and perspective.<br /><br />Read it without action is a waste. Read and continuously take action will make you perfect and reach the outcome you want. It will come with a hotel and more build up building that will occupied along the river. The place is facing the river and join with the sea. And I did. The reason I have to make a quick plan because my cash have been going more than it getting in. In other words I spent more than I received. I have to get cash within 30 days in order to cover my expenses.<br /><br />My cash can hold only for the next 30 days. After that I will not have any money to buy milk, groceries and other need especially for my kids. So what did I do? <br /><br />For your information, If you did not read my previous post, I have an engineering background. Therefore I search for my local contractor community to find a job as an engineer. I asked them to email me the address of local contractor in order for me to submit my resume.<br /><br />I submitted my resume by hand by visiting their office. I'm lucky! I been offered as an engineer from one of the local company and to manage their project that have been awarded for them. The salary is not to good but I have to take it because I need to have steady income before I proceed to another plan.<br /><br />The reason I accepted this offer is because of 3 reasons. <br /><a name='more'></a><br />1) I need to build network.<br />2) I need to have more experiences<br />3) I need to get a commission. &nbsp; <br /><br />Once I build a network, I will the power to ask for a project and then inform my employer about the project. And I will ask for a commission. This is the fastest way to have cash for my expenses. I will use all my contact and sales skill in order to secure the new project.<br /><br />This is the plan that I have to make. For your information, I've been offered for a job on 1 June 2013. Now I'm siting in front of my laptop tell you about the plan. <br /><br />I don't know if can make it or not, but I have to make it. I moved to my mother house. At the same time, my wife got an offered to pursue her study. She asked, "What do you think dear?" I said, " Go on dear, make your dreams come true. If it is for the best of our family then proceed."<br /><br />She asked me again, " What about our kids?"<br /><br />I said, " We moved to my mother's house. She will help us to take care our kids. At the same time I will find the job."<br /><br />On September 2012, I'm officially moved to my mother house. I donated all the furniture and appliance and brought the thing that only important to us. At the age of 39 years old I lived back with my mother but only at this time, I brought along my family.<br /><br />My new life begin more challenging than I thought. My went went to pursue her study for a one and half years. She will be back once in a month. Only if I provided her a ticket. I began to take her duty to become a house husband.<br /><br />I have 5 boys. The older is 9 years old, second 7 years old, third 4 years old, fourth is 2 years old the youngest is 1 years old. What does it means by 80% we failed because of our inner inside?<br /><br />This 80% because of the lack of skills, knowledge, quality and body knowledge. So if your want to succeed, first you must start with yourself!<br /><br /><a name='more'></a>&nbsp;This is what happen to me actually. I have plan but i don't have goal setting. The goal setting in written. Not just park in your mind. It has been told that only 3% adults have goals in written. So for you my friend please write your goals in written for you to succeed.<br /><br />In August 2012, I took the decision to become a ford sales representative. In other word I sell Ford car. Within 2 weeks I sold 2 Ford Fiesta and 1 Ford Mondeo. For your information I have a quite good skill in sales communication. Thanks to the book that I've been reading and the course that I took in sales and marketing. I will share with you later what book that I read. I know you all know what is the best book in sales and marketing.<br /><br />Than things that happen and make my self not successfully is because the lack of business and financial skills. I built business because of my technical skills. I thought if I have an engineering background ,&nbsp; I can build my construction business. This the most reason that make me doom!!!<br /><br />I worked hard to fulfill my family needs. Becomes a car salesman is a good&nbsp; opportunity for you to learn about sales. For your information, if you dream to own a business, you have to get or learn sales skills. <br /><br />The the dark side of my life struck again. I've been told to move from the house that I rent. it is because the landlord want to increase the rent and I cannot afford it at this moment. I asked him to give me time. He said NO!!! The thing that I learnt from this situation is that you are not only race against money but also time.<br /><br />You are going to start&nbsp; a good life, but time is not in your side. I have to make a plan. Yes i don't have plan before. A written plan. I was offered a job as Database administrator and successfully become one of excellent employee. I worked for almost 3 years and decided to perform of business myself.<br /><br />I become a contractor. In 2006 was a booming time for me, so many job I've done with successfully. The business growth and I added 2 more business. My first business is construction, second interior design and the third is advertising and printing.<br /><br />I hired workers for all my business and I'm doing the marketing. Life looks good. My life style also looks good. I will not reveal to you about my net worth. Let just say I'm enjoying life and have a great time with my family.<br /><br /><a name='more'></a><br />The sun is not always shining, there is time when lightning strike, the rain is falling heavily. In 2012, I lost everything!!! I lost my car, my house and my business. I was declared bankruptcy. Yes that is the word ------------------&gt; BANKRUPTCY.&nbsp; I don't have a gut to say it. Oh shit! My wife keeps crying. My children keep asking for money. You all know my friend, I don't know what to do. Secretly I went out and crying. I will not show to family that I'm crying.<br /><br />I need to think. I've made a decision. I need to solve all the problem. I need to calm down although my heart keep pounding heavily. I need to calm down and think!!!.<br /><br />Then, I've made decision, this is best decision at the moment that I should take. It is for the sake of my family I should do this.
