Si alguien le interesa mucho, los volveré a poner con un esfuercito ;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hasta el miércoles k cumple una semana que empecé la dieta, no me voy a pesar. Ya os diré en eses día como va la cosa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lo del ejercicio diario lo llevo muy mal, estoy bastante vaga en este sentido, tendré k buscar una manera de motivarme y echar a andar una media hora como mínimo...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tan poco fui capaz de dejar la coca cola zero ( no tiene puntos), pero es que no debería beber nada con gas y light.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Otro de los problemas es el té rojo, a mí siempre me ayudó a adelgazar, pero al tener teína no quieren k lo tome por mi medicación ara la ansiedad. Me informé que existe el Rooibois, pero tengo dudas si hace el mismo efecto.
